This was the perfect place! They have treadmill, bike and regular sit down work desks. I used the treadmill work desk each day and fell in love with it. I would walk and work for a few hours, then sit at a regular desk for an hour or 2 and then go back to walking and working. It was truly amazing. I felt energetic, focused and my lower back pain was gone by the end of the week. Plus, the people who work there are so friendly and welcoming. The owner, Anne was very accommodating and made me feel especially welcome. I highly recommend this place!

Then, when I'm ready to work, I get down to business and everyone respects each other's mental workspace. During the afternoon, I take a break to go to the mini-gym to stretch, use the rowing machine, and maybe lift a few weights. The prices are also very competitive, which is impressive considering all the active working stations and equipment. Some other pluses that factored into my decision to go to Work It and that keep me completely devoted to it are: trying out a variety of fun active workstation equipment, easy access via highway 94, free parking, lots of natural light in all the workspaces, friendly and motivated community, reliable internet, access to a printer and full kitchen, inclusive mindset, delicious complimentary coffee...I could go on but I need to stop somewhere. I get so excited when I wake up and remember I'm planning on going to Work-It that day. It's not just the great equipment and setup; it's the community too. There's no other co-working space like it and I want to shout out how much I love it to the world. You won't regret checking it out.

It definitely seems to be very community focused which I loved and the workers seemed to know most people by name too! The art and decor inside was beautiful and loved how they have snacks and drinks to keep people fueled as they work. I would love to come back in the summer when I could go on their patio which looked great. Overall awesome experience and I'll keep an eye out for their next event like this!

They had chairs lined up podium style, but I grabbed a side table on the long bench siding. Perfect! They offered a light snack of popcorn & bubble water. Nice touch. But my favorite by far is the inspirational art in the bathroom. If fired me up! Plus it's a beautiful old building! They have space above Minneapolis' Kado no Mise. Fancy! The Coven is a warm, inviting community & work space for women, non-binary, and trans people. You check in on the first floor greeted by friendly, helpful faces. Of all things I asked Siri for a day office nearby, she gave me Assemble. I dialed the phone number and to my amazement Jody answered the phone. Not a voice message system, a human. Upon arrival today Jody greeted us as we exited the elevator and allowed us to select our space. All meeting items were provided and we were able to get down to biz in minutes. There is no doubt I would continue to conduct my MN business with these folks! Thank you Jody you are the best!!

Check in and get a Market Card then walk around to find what sounds good. I've always thought this is the perfect place to go when you... -can't figure out what you want to eat -when you're meeting up with friends or coworkers -going on a first date -want adult food but also have a kiddo along. The Market has a beer wall, a full bar and multiple food vendors to order from. Over time new vendors take residence of the spots though there are some that have been around a long time. It's fun to get favorites and try new things. I'd suggest you go with the mindset to try different things and share with who you're with to find your favorites. They also have many areas to grab a seat and visit inside and outside. As well as special event space to rent.
