The pastry window of Haushalter was enough to draw the Mr & me inside....they had all kinds of…read moreeclairs, tortes and cakes but they also had a nice case of quiches and breads We grabbed a raspberry macaron - it tasted like there was a whole lemon in there - the Mr loved it while it triggered my citrus-avoidance The 3-cheese quiche had peas & tomatoes in it which I liked very well - strong goat cheese flavor which was very tasty. The asparagus quiche unfortunately had ham. It was not advertised & we did not see it when she brought it out of the case - so be sure to check your quiches for meat if you're vegetarian! We also grabbed a coconut-ginger cake that was moist, and sweet. Made a nice breakfast pastry to accompany our coffee for about a week Overall, this place was quite busy and for good reason- you will definitely find something ( or 2 ) to please your tastebuds!
