When we returned with our guests after dinner to the penthouse, the flowers were all gone. It even says on our invoice "pedestal rental." If they have been in the wedding industry that long and do this day in and day out, something is fishy about taking back flowers when it clearly says on the invoice that only the pedestals are rentals I tried calling but no one picked up (a Saturday night of course). They apologized on Monday, did not refund the money and sent a small bouquet to make up for it but it was too late. My guess is that they reused our flowers for another wedding on Sunday.
