He also connected us with a team of contractors who helped us renovate and get the house ready to sell, which made a huge difference. The market wasn't exactly easy, but our home was on the market for less than two weeks before we got an offer. We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

The Whipple Group understands the importance of digital marketing. They drove traffic even in a down market. 4. Reputation, reputation. Everyone knew Beatrix and had only positive feedback regarding her work. 5. Work ethic. The Whipple Group understands deadlines and works hard to meet them. 6. Value! The Whipple Group not only surpassed my expectations, but they provided a far superior service than that of other realtors for the same commission. I spent 20 years working as a sales consultant for some of the largest corporations on the Fortune 100. I have completed deals that resulted in revenues well into the 9 figures. So, when I say that I respect Beatrix, I do so with knowledge of what a successful sales person looks like. Lastly, I'm hard to work for, but Beatrix was a star the entire time.

Upon meeting Candice, her command of the history and up-to-date knowledge of different neighborhoods on a street-by-street level impressed us. We deeply appreciated her graceful ability to both maintain patience with us and quickly navigate tight timelines when needed. Throughout the entire process, we completely trusted her to keep our best interests in mind. She is very well-connected and well-regarded -- she seems to have a contact for every need! We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing. She kept our 3 year old entertained while we spoke with said contractors. Her dedication is next level. I assure you, you will not find anyone better. Candice is so kind and caring, it is no wonder she has nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp. She is universally liked by everyone from her clients to inspectors to contractors to loan officers, because she is truly just such a wonderful person. Talking with her is like talking with family. She is patient and responsive. She answers texts and phone calls all day everyday; I have no idea how she keeps this up with all her clients, but she does. As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we wanted a realtor who would listen to our family's needs, guide us through the process, and be patient with all of our questions. Carly was exactly that person. From the beginning, Carly made us feel comfortable and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she understood the VA home-buying process. She knew the VA requirements and helped us understand what we could and couldn't request or include in our offer. That knowledge gave us confidence and helped the entire process go much more smoothly. Carly was there for us from the search all the way through closing and receiving the keys to our new home. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to find the right home--not just any home. Our advice to anyone buying or selling a home is to choose a realtor who listens, communicates, and understands the type of financing you're using.
