They didn't represent me zealously in the bounds of the Law. Failed to do what they were hired and…read moresaid they would do. I paid a retainer fee for them to write a letter in regard to a probate case in Jan. 2026. Simple non-court filing. They cashed my check right away and I never heard from them. I called the office and a phone conf. was set up 2 times an both times they were not ready, nothing prepared and charged me for just saying hello. By June 2026 Nothing still done and they ignored my follow up calls. I asked for my retainer fee to be returned, and they deducted money for the dates they had phone conf. set. To top off the reduced retainer they send a cashier's check made out to the wrong name. Didn't even know their client's name. They wasted my time left me hanging and helped themselves to drag out and charging for no services. They don't even have a conscience to speak to me themselves and use the receptionist for all the communication. Lack professionalism and courtesy.
