If you are looking for a family doctor who knows you, greeting you, call your name and chat with…read moreyou like an old friend, care and look up for your health like your most reliable and caring elder, Dr. Sam Lee and Karen Lee would be your best bet. If you are looking for a clinic that is NOT crowded at ALL, when you are on time for your appointment and THEY ARE ON TIME too, here's your best choice. when you push open the door, and you see an empty waiting room, don't doubt yourself, you are at the right place, this is their way to ensure their high quality of caring for their patients. If you are looking for a clinic WITHOUT a grumpy face reception/front desk lady, it's time for you to call and make your appointment with them, Jessica is very helpful and willing to work with you to figure out all your insurance. Their staffs are the most nice, friendly and kind crew that I've never experience else where. (I've tried 4 different family doctors before I found Dr.Lee, it's been yearssss now, I still feel it is my luck to found and be able to build an long term or even life time relationship with this clinic.) P.s. and I forgot to mention, they have their own physical therapist in the house, mm hmm I know, that's awesome!! Candy, the physical therapist, She is sooo professional and extremely knowledgeable!! Ok I'm done, or it might be hard for me to book my own appointment next time lol

They really do nickel and dime you for everything at this office. I came in for my physical and…read morethey charged me a copay for my visit. However, preventative care is 100% covered. When i inquired about it, the front desk person told me she didn't have me down for physical. I asked what did she have me down for? And it was a physical. So then asked if there was any other medical needs or questions i needed to ask the doctor today? and when i said no, she refunded me my copay. A week later, someone from their office called me and asked me to come in so i can discuss my blood results with a doctor. They also gave me the option to do this over the phone and SURPRISE!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER COPAY!!!! At my old PCP, they did not charge me a second copay for discussing my results. if you don't want to be nickeled and dimed for everything, then i suggest you look for another doctor's office. But i would say the doctor's here are actually very nice. They do listen to your concerns and i did not feel rushed during my appointment.

I saw Dr. Philip Zhuo as a first-time patient and it was not a positive experience. Dr. Zhuo was…read morerude, impolite, and possibly one of the worse doctors I have seen. He was not sympathetic or compassionate towards my disability, and blatantly told me straight up in Cantonese Chinese that I was "a disgusting piece of garbage" that wasted his time and the government' money because I was on temporary government issued insurance (Medicaid/Medi-Cal) without realizing my own personal situation. The doctor basically sucked the government money by seeing me, and straight up told me (and possibly other low-income patients) he does not like seeing people like me that are vermins to society. That's an oxymoron. It's possible he sits on a high-horse thinking low-income folks should be a rubbish class of citizens who don't deserve kindness and medical treatments. I am not low-income by choice, if you're reading this, but my necessity. My aging parents put me in a situation I had to take care of them, so I had wage reduction and other factors that contributed to why I am on Medicaid. I hold a Master's in Cybersecurity Engineering, so yeah I can make a lot of money in the long run if I wanted to, but your comments made towards me was completely unprofessional, and outright unconscionable. I asked the doctor politely for a referral possibly to a specialist because of my disability, but was given another five minute lecture how I should be "entirely grateful, no EXTREMELY grateful (as on my knees begging) that the government is paying for my treatments and I do not see the need to issue a referral to treat your condition" (his words, not mine) in spite of all previous doctors has treated me for the condition. Dr. Zhuo is also only available in the mornings as of 2/2017. He is off in the afternoons. From also the behavior of the doctor to the staff upfront, I would not recommend. The staff belittles you and talk shit about patients and their conditions behind your back. One woman came in with her daughter demanding a medical report to be released after her car accident and emergency stay, but the office folks and office manager, Connie, told her that the printer was broken when it was working. In the end, the visit only lasted 15 minutes. No thorough examination, and only left empty-handed. I did not want drugs, just to be seen by a specialist to confirm the progression of my disability. Is that so wrong?

Don't ever go there, definitely a scam!!! Charged oldies patients for unknown reasons and refused…read moreto give receipts. Charged my mom a copay (forced she to pay cash so won't leave a record) for something and refused to give a receipt when my mom's insurance doesn't require a copay to see pcp

My Family of Two Generations have been following Dr. Wong for mostly our entire lives and Dr. Wong…read morehas always been consistent with his excellent care. Dr. Wong always treats his patients like a part of his extended family and like a good friend. Dr. Wong truly cares about his patient's well being and genuinely strives to do what's best for you. Today, Dr. Wong accommodated to squeeze my Wife into his super busy schedule when she was not feeling well. Even when it was suppose to be time for Dr. Wong to go home, he selflessly put his personal time aside to ensure that my Wife was attended to. It is very hard to find such an Earnest and Noble Doctor of his caliber in the Medical Field these days and we really appreciate how we are so blessed to have come across Dr. Wong in our lives. Thank You Dr. Wong!

First time waited more than an hour, so for the second time, the receptionist told us to take the first appointment, and we did it. Got there 10 mins earlier, but the wait was still more than an hour. The doctor showed up with 0 apology. During the consultation, he went out the room to accuse his intern used the wrong color ink, left the patient alone. 0 apology again for the interruption. Really don't understand what's more important, to teach the intern or to treat the patient?
