Dr Emma passed away 9 months ago. Found that out when i recently went for my CDL exam. I used to recommend this place to everyone, he was a great guy and i actually looked forward to coming here to renew my medical card. He loved to talk and just felt so welcoming.
But this last time was a completely different experience. There is only one staff member i recognized, and the new doctor just made it such an unpleasant experience. The person who i recognized seemed completely different too, you can tell the new owners dont treat there staff like he did. The new doctor who took my exam was just rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Been coming here for over 15 years, wont ever come back and judging by how much of a ghost town it was (place was always packed before) there are plenty of people who think the same. read more
