Both times I waited no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, which were clearly busy each time with other patients. The facility is clean, staff members are all very friendly. I like when staff talk just in random, "Hey you are my daughter's age.", "Your nails are so cute.", "Can I get you a warm blanket?". As a healthcare professional, this helps patients relax and feel, well, like family. Dr. Pfeffle on both occasions spent at least 25 minutes speaking to me 1:1, educating me on side effects, showing me my X-ray, and answering any of my questions, patiently.
