Then, when I later asked for a copy of the records for my VA files, I was informed that it would cost me $25 or $30 (can't remember which). I will never utilize his facility, or him nor will I ever recommend him. I also found him to be abrupt, rude, short on explanations. Of course, maybe that's the problem....it's a Community Care Contract with the VA...doesn't get paid as much as others pay.

Absolutely the WORST office staff. I called for an appointment two weeks ago. Had to wait until…read morethe doctor reviewed my referral. The office never called me back to let me know that I had an appointment. I called Monday of this week and found out that I have an appointment next Monday at 4pm. The staff called me this morning because they said they did not have my insurance information. Even though I confirmed it with them two weeks ago during my initial call. The staff called me after 4pm on Friday to let me know that the doctor will not see me unless I can get copies of my CT scan images on CD. So, I canceled my appointment and am going to be looking for another doctor. NOTE: This may not apply in this situation, but my wife went to a doctor who's office is in a building owned by DHR. We paid the doctor and then received a $2000.00 bill from DHR because we used their "facilities". Her doctor's staff was as surprised as we were.

I've had five stones since October only this one was stubborn. Every other doctor I had seen turned me away because I couldn't afford it. However the doctor I saw here was so kind and even the receptionist helped me to get in the right path! I applied for DHR cares and was able to have a more affordable pricing. This doctor did everything he could for me! My stent from the er was removed after two months of discomfort my relief was instant however that pesky stone once again within 7 hours went into my uter and was stuck. The Pain as insane. He immediately did the surgery and removed it! I was sent home with a temp stent after to remove like a tampon by pulling a string. I'll admit I'm very scared to remove it. However I will update on how I'm doing. If your referred here PLEASE TRUST ME. They genuinely care.

Front desk staff (Patty) very inconsistent with appointment times My father had an appointment…read morescheduled for May 26th which is why we took time off from work to bring him and front desk receptionist tried arguing that the appointment was rescheduled to another date "but they could still see him today" as if she was doing us a favor because of something they made a mistake with, Maybe you should learn to admit your mistakes and not treat the patients as if they are liars Also on the day of results September 15th he had an appointment at 4:30 and as we were waiting at least 4 other patients had came in with 4:30 appointments as well so after waiting almost an hour we finally get called to the back and now have been sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to just read results for almost another hour and as I'm writing this review she still hasn't came...I would highly discourage anyone from coming here if there is another choice because this is one of the most unprofessional urology offices I have ever had to deal with.

I asked for an earlier appointment and was told I would need to aggregate all related medical records, and bring them to the office for a review to be considered for a more timely appt. I did. I was told that; "the doctor will complete his review and you'll be called tomorrow." That call never came nor did any other after I called them 3 additional times and reminded them I was still waiting for their call back. When I went to the practice to pick up my records they had difficulty locating them, and the office waiting area was packed with patients none of which were wearing masks or "distancing" despite the new State mandate for same. A medical office that is managed as poorly as Dr. Finger's should leave patients looking elsewhere, I did, and to my benefit.

They claim their policies dictate their methods, yet no such writings are given or supported, it seems as their policies change as they verbally say so, and not as it is written. The staff lacks any level of professionalism and or rapport with patients. The bed side manners of the nurses are horrendous, and I even witnessed other patients complain upon my visit and inspection of the clinic. I would highly not recommend attending here and taking your business elsewhere.
