I currently live in TN and had this legal firm handle a traffic ticket for me that required me to…read moreappear in court. I am a surgeon in TN and could not appear myself. I could not have been more displeased with my choice to use Nielsen Legal. I was initially given false information and guidance on my first phone call, which I could forgive. People do make mistakes. What I can't forgive is the unprofessional treatment and consideration I received. I received no contact whatsoever about my case and I had to call to try to get updates and understand the situation. The person handling my case was changed and I got no notification. When I called, I was treated with indignation as I quoted what the original person (incorrectly) told me. I didn't even get calls when I specifically requested them before my court date and more than one voicemail was completely ignored with no call back. I ended up having to make 2 money order payments to the court due to lack of communication. I got no call before or after my court date, just a letter and a bill from the court. The letter was inaccurate and directly contradicted the documents from the court. I strongly discourage anyone from using this law firm, particularly if you are from out of state.
