They sent the wrong transmission (was electric shift, which wasnt available in 1990) part # on transmission was from a later model pontiac vehicle. Returned the transmission, got receipt for return, Never got a refund for the transmission, Never a call. nothing, sent several emails with no response as well. have had great luck from other local yards but this one refused to correct their mistake. read more

after leaving a message on jordan's facebook page i was messaged back with dave jordan's cell number . i left a message and he returned my call within an hour. he said it was disconcerting that i left a review before calling about this situation.....and he has a point..... that said, the majority of yards would stand behind an exchange warranty...but since they are 8 hours away , that isnt an option, nor did i expect him to offer any other solution... but to my pleasant surprise he said he would.... to his credit, he followed up on a unique situation that initially reflected badly on his business , and turned it into a win for him and his customer. thats good business. read more

January 29,2024 my husband called Jordan , He spoke to George about 2 doors and a bumper. He sent pics to my phone and quoted a price of $ 1000,00. On January 30,24 we drove 2 hrs. to pick up our parts. We did buy the doors that he sent the pics of but my $1000,00 bill turned into $1600.00. He has the bait and switch down pat. You don't want to waste your time trying to buy from this company. Two months ago I got on line looking for a frame for a S10 pickup they showed that they had on, so I called the girl I talked to said yes they had one. so I put a $100.00 down so they would get it read. The girl that I talk to said the owner would be taking care of getting it and it might a wee, I said ok and waited 2 weeks before I called, was told that he hadn't gotten to it yet, but soon. after couples more weeks I got a call from the girl said the owner said he couldn't find the the frame and he want to know if I would be interested in a ext cab S10, I told her yes and ask if he could send me some picture. but he said that he would like me to come to his business to look at it. I told her that I be there on Friday about mid morning. I drove 2 hours there on Friday when I got there a little before 10:00 they said the owner was there he be with me in little bit at 12:00 I went over to the office girl she refunded my money and drove 2 back home. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is an absolute joke!! They gave me a price on seat belts 4 to be exact and charged my card then called me back several hours later to tell me that they marked them to low and would have to charge me over 160.00 more than what they sold them to me for. Then after talking to the manager that said the owner dumped this new employee on him and he doesn't train people said its the new employees fault and they won't honor it. Then told me I would have to find the belts else where. I already made a commitment to customers on one price and now I have to lose money to make my customers HAPPY!! If you call looking for a part, make sure you ask them to send a good photo. We drove 2 hours to buy a bumper that was rusted out with holes in it, totally unacceptable. I know we are doing business with a junkyard, the place where old cars go to die and people make a living cannibalizing their car corpses, but I think this place needs new management. At Least, we got a good meal in Morgantown on the way through, but it was very disappointing to have been lied to about condition of parts. *insert unhappy face here.* read more

Had correct part for vehicle as described on phone/photos. Employee drove to vehicle in yard and removed part I needed right on the spot. Only minor issue, waited in office for a little longer than anticipated, but understandable, I work in retail and understand this is a very busy salvage yard and took care of me the best they could. read more

called them to see if they had a headlight and fender for my car, they said yes 75 for the fender 75 for the headlight . sent my wife to go get them,I even called them to tell them she was on her way she got there they tried to charge her more money for the parts they said the parts they quoted was for a car they were fixing but they would sell the headlight for 200 they were going to look and see if they had anything else 2 hours later she finally got fed up and left read more

Tyler and george are both liars and 5 days later could not provide me with tracking. I would not have did business with them for the 2nd time after the first time took almost 2 weeks to get tracking.
