I just have to say that the employees are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We have never had a bad experience here and I prefer this range over the larger ones we have been to. The 2 hour training we took with Kai The Glock Guy GREATLY helped with my comfort level, aim and understanding. He was so patient - thank goodness. We will definitely continue to visit. That…read moresame guy slammed the door that divided two sections of the range as it didn't shut itself all the way. I complained to a coworker and he shrugged. I challenged him to get me the manager and the manager noticed a disagreement between him and I so he got involved. I paid a full year membership but only went there three times because of the discomfort of going back. I was robbed. Now I know why the gun range's parking lot looks light even on the weekends! Wish I knew about that guy before I paid my membership fee. My two friends felt tense when they see his face expression with signs of impatience.
