I can't post a pic of my purchase, or my gal will know what it looks like, but Jonro Jewelers did me right. I had to get the NEXT ring. That's right guys who haven't proposed yet, you gotta buy more than one! I'm sure I sound like a knucklehead right now, but I totally forgot you had to buy a second, pretty cool ring. Besides the ridiculousness I heard that some people get a 3rd ring that goes diagonal and connects them all aside, this seemed a bit sketch. Men have been running things exclusively for almost ever, and we seem to have dropped the ball around wedding time. That said, jokingly, my gal is worth a second, and possibly even a 3rd ring(that is mostly decorative). I borrowed back my proposal ring and went to the exchange in Boca. It was a very busy day, so many customers, and of course many sellers. But the gal at Jonro was there for me. She gave me a beckon call, and we found a ring that was nice and classy within mionutes. It was too small so she said come back in 45. Within less than an hour I had the perfect ring(second), and had a great contact to share with anyone looking for something nice to add to a look. I'm glad I found Jonro, or maybe they found me. read more

My fiancé and I picked out both my engagement ring and wedding band with Jon and Rochelle. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the second I walked in the building I saw the ring I wanted and made a decision on the spot, took it home the same day! I am so so happy with the ring- the quality, design, and cut are exactly what I was looking for. Their pieces are incredibly stunning and unique. Pricing is very fair especially for the quality you are receiving. read more

Popped in this Saturday because wifey wanted a new anklet. I saw a stunning Sapphire ring while walking the exchange, and Jon popped up and was extremely pleasant and not that pushy jeweler. We visited the entire exchange and came back as wifey deserved something special on this visit. Jon offered a couple beautiful rings at a very fair price. He explained the stones, size and makeup of each. We settled on one and a deal was quickly hatched. His wife was also part of the negotiation and a fun individual with great personality. We came back to finalize payment and were so impressed with the people AND the jewelry. These are not the typical Boca Jewelers and really amplify an experience where you want to visit again soon. It's the whole enchilada if you will. Infact we were so impressed as a family, that our working teen decided to treat himself to a piece of jewelry. We cannot say enough and I can be a hard challenge to some. Not here ... EVERY expectation was completely surpassed. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance ... you will be happy you did ! read more

The service and attention to detail was amazing. Jon helped my dad pick out a ring for my mom and has now helped me pick out a ring for my fiancé. The ring is gorgeous and it wouldn't have been possible without him. He gave me a great price for a stunning piece that will last a lifetime time. If you want good service, quality, and price then come here. read more

STAY AWAY.... If I could give this shit hole zero stars I would. My wedding ring was 4 months old and started to turn yellow. I took it in and Jon made me feel like I was over exaggerating the color, he ultimately re-dipped it or what ever. Another 3 months go by and my ring turns yellow again. So I go back and and clearly upset and he says this is normal over time This will happen blah blah the ring wasn't even a year old. Then his wife who is also a piece of work chimes in and says sometimes the lotions and soaps you use turn your ring yellow ... I must have had a look on my face like excuse me ... what ever they tried to blame it on me saying it's my skin or what ever idk so finally after fighting with the man for 30 minutes he says he's going to remove the metal at the bottom and replace it with a stronger piece and that basically if it happens again he's not touching it. So here we are just spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a ring for him to not only give me a shitty product but then shitty customer service on top of that. If you want a good product with a proper warranty and customer service DO NOT GO HERE. Idk how these people are still in business. All those reviews are from years ago. I will NEVER be back to this place. read more

A wonderful experience! Jon and Rochelle are a class act. Do not hesitate for a minute. You are in great hands at Jonro Jewelers. Their fantastic listening skills led to designing and building the ring of my dreams, a 25th wedding anniversary ring. I looked around for something "off the shelf" but couldn't find what I was seeking. We stumbled upon Jon and Rochelle's shop and I am so glad we did. They listened intently to what I was describing and with the use of some snazzy technology, they created a rendering that brought my dream ring to life. Jon and Rochelle's years of experience and highly skilled creative talents are very impressive. They are trustworthy and highly recommended. When I picked up the dream ring, tears of joy filled my eyes. Seriously. Thank you Jon and Rochelle. We will be back for more bling. read more

I have had Jonro design a few rings for me. However, their latest ring design simply blew me away. I have to say I was probably feeling the same with each design but this is the first review I am leaving so this purchase is freshest in my memory. Jon and Rochelle really took the time with me to design and pick each diamond individually while making sure it would fit my vision. I am a customer of theirs for life and refer every single person looking for an impeccable and professional custom jewelry experience to them. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

For years my sister has been wanting an upgrade to original engagement ring. She was hesitant and not knowing what direction to go in. I finally said,"... you have to go to JonRo Jewel because they are totally trustworthy and will give you the best advice." I encouraged her to make the phone call for her 20th Wedding Anniversary and she did. She wasn't disappointed. Jon and Rochelle made for her the ring of a lifetime and it is truly an heirloom piece. She and her husband were blown away! I knew the occasion was important to her and I wanted her to go to someone that she could trust. I have gone to Jon and Rochelle for all of my needs and they never disappoint. I'm so happy for my sister! read more

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing important diamond earrings for me to wear at our son's wedding from JONRO JEWELERS. We shopped around and found a couple of earrings that I liked. Jon and Rochelle made us very comfortable and assured us that they have a full money back policy. We compared the quality of diamonds as well as the workmanship to the other earrings we had seen. It was an easy decision. I WAS THRILLED WITH MY NEW EARRINGS! I will definitely be back to buy birthday and holiday gifts for myself and for my new daughter in law. I only wish I had known about JONRO JEWELERS sooner. read more

Jonro Jewelers - Love my new earrings! - Jewelry Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Jon of Jonro Jewelers was amazing to work with. He was extremely professional, patient and creative. I went to Jonro because of Jon's many years of experience as a jeweler in the diamond district of NYC. Jon took my rather boring wedding band and solitaire and turned it into a fabulous cocktail ring but still maintaining a wedding ring look. He knew my band had meaning to me (it was my grandmother's), so he creatively incorporated it into the setting. I know I was not an easy customer because I had no idea what I really wanted, but Jon really nailed it! And not to mention, this was all done remotely. Jon is in Florida and I'm in Connecticut. Jon sent me ideas and drawings after he received my rings and we spoke daily until I decided on a design. My new rings were sent to me within 3 weeks and the design was more beautiful than I expected. I highly recommend Jon if you are interested in a unique design at a reasonable price! read more

Jon Saporta was able to patiently guide me through the complex considerations associated with making our engagement ring purchase. I was a tough customer to be sure; I provided some seemingly conflicting and ever-changing requirements as I was grappling with exactly what I wanted. In the end, Jon was able to encapsulate the vision of what was desired better than I, the customer, could. He and his wife have access to immense inventory. His pricing and quality of diamonds is unmatched. He has a stellar NYC network at the waiting to design and implement pretty much anything one would want or need. Jon was able to design a completely unique/custom piece, which I was not even sure was technically feasible. The customized outcome was better than anything pre-made we had seen. Jon instilled confidence and trust throughout the idea creation /mockup /production phases. Our result exceeded all possible expectations. I will strongly advocate his business for my friends in NYC [or visitors like me who had the chance to work with him]. read more

My husband and I stumbled upon Jonro Jewelers while looking at engagement rings over 11 years ago. We had spoken to many jewelers, but the second we met Jon and Rochelle, we knew we found the right place. They were very informative and did not pressure us at all. They were considerate of budgets and were extremely honest and competitive in their pricing. The quality of their work and their products was (and is) OUTSTANDING. The customer service has also been amazing through the years. Five of our friends also went on to buy their engagement rings from Jonro. We (and many of our friends) head to Jonro whenever thinking of making a jewelry purchase and the service and selection never disappoints. We would never go anywhere else! read more

My husband and I were looking to upgrade my engagement ring and wedding bands after months of doing research and visiting different large jewelry retailers, we went to the jewelry exchange to look around. We met with several vendors there who were similar to car salesmen - if we weren't buying on the spot they weren't interested in our business; some of the vendors wouldn't even address our presence while we were standing at their cases which completely turned us off. As soon as we walked up to Jonro's space, Jon and Rochelle asked how we were doing and told us to take our time, we engaged in small talk and immediately connected with them. Jon and Rochelle took their time, listened to our vision, patiently answered questions, showed us multiple products until we came up with what we loved. They were very honest with us about pricing, quality and expectations and never pressured us to make a purchase. Ultimately we purchased a set of rings that are beyond gorgeous for a super reasonable price! All in all - the product is stunning, the quality is top of line and the customer service is par none. I absolutely will be going to them for more in the future and am eagerly recommending them to my friends and family. read more

I have been a Jonro customer for 20 years and regularly purchase pieces from them. The beauty of Jonro is they have a wide variety of high quality inventory and they are also willing to work with their customers to create unique pieces. Rochelle has an amazing eye for jewelry and has helped me design new pieces as well as refabricate old jewelry. I just gave her an old pair of diamond earrings that I hadn't worn in years and she turned them into a beautiful new pair of earrings. Jewelry is art and these folks are topnotch craftsmen. Jon and Rochelle take the time to really understand what you want and provide valuable creative input. There is never any pressure to upgrade your budget and the prices here can't be beat. I am known amongst my friends as "the woman with excellent jewelry" and the credit goes to Jonro. Over the years I have referred all of my friends and family to them and everyone has been pleased with their purchases and has adopted them as their jeweler. Going to the jewelry exchange can be an overwhelming experience and it is important to work with a jeweler you can trust, I highly recommend Jonro. read more
