Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

They made, what can typically be a difficult, process quick and easy. Their knowledge of, and experience in, the Tucson real estate market made it easy getting to an acceptable offer and navigating through the various steps to close. Their efforts even included working tirelessly to find a home for all the furniture we chose not to take with us. Both Nicole and Nick and friendly, easy to talk to and understood the emotions that accompanied saying goodbye to our home. We have absolutely no complaints working with Nicole and Nick and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in help selling their home.

SELLER BEWARE! *I cannot speak about the experience of…read morebuying a home, as we were only selling ours. I can, however, speak about how she handles $elling a home. 2/5 review I will be nice and give her one star for every time we saw her. Holly is a very unreliable agent. She expects you to answer your phone/emails immediately, but won't answer your questions when you try to contact her. Holly came into our home with her daughter and a plastered on smile. They came in saying flattering words and anything they knew you wanted to hear to try to make a connection. We liked our other realtor that we had the option for, but we naively went with Holly and her fake promises. Holly and her daughter both made promises of communication, being personable, and even said they have closing baskets that they gift to their clients. It sounds ridiculous, but this promise of being personable and delivering a closing gift was part of the reason why we ended up choosing her. We closed on our home in June. It is now exactly one year later and we have not received even a thank you letter in the mail, let alone a closing gift. I even gave her an updated address to send it to and she said "You can send an address, sure". A very empty promise. I wanted to wait a year to ensure I wasn't just writing this review based on heated emotions in the moment, and allow ample time for Holly to fulfill her end. What really frustrated me was the way she was so friendly at the very beginning when she knew we were looking for a realtor to represent us. As soon as we were under contract, she ghosted us. Only contacting us when she needed something from us. The whole situation was very frustrating. I trust a used car salesman more than I trust her. The only times we saw her were first when she and her daughter came and introduced themselves and second when she came to stage the house for photos. We had an open house which she had us leave for, and she left before we could ask her any details of how it went. She passed us off to her daughter for a brief phone call with no clear explanation of how the open house went. What kind of realtor does that? When it came time to price the home, she wanted to list it with far less than what it was worth (through an appraisal). She wanted to cash in on our home rather than put in the effort to list it for a higher, accurate price and get it sold for that amount. Holly is very unprofessional. She was rude and demeaning to my husband while talking to him on the phone. He was trying to ask a genuine question and she got offended by that question. In turn, she started belittling my husband. That is not okay. Absolutely no professionalism. In the end, I highly suggest to run the other way when you are looking for a realtor to represent you when you are selling your home. She will not represent you. She will take a quick sale and run. Avoid at all costs! I will say the one good thing she followed through in was her promise to haul away any garbage at the end that we left (which was in her best interest anyways to ensure the home sold.)

They spent many hours/days showing us the many houses we wanted to see and were very patient with us when we wanted to see some a second time. They answered every question we had and made the purchasing process painless. We remained good friends ever since. When it was time for us to relocate again in 2015, we didn't hesitate to list with the Hallbergs. I was even more impressed with them as listing agents! They offered great suggestions on staging the house, hired a professional photographer, had professional business cards and flyers made for people to take when they visited and gave us feedback on every showing. The 2015 market was much different than the 2006 market, and even after many improvements to our home, it did not have the same value as when we purchased. Rob and Catherine provided great comps showing us the fair market value and priced it right where it needed to be. Other homes (same floor plan) in our neighborhood had been on the market for many months, so we were beyond pleased when we had a full price offer in just a few weeks!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Every person I have referred to them has been very happy.
