Super flavorful, didn't need any sauce and tender. By far my Favorite. Ribs - Great. It has good texture and flavor and I enjoyed it. Smoked wings - Smoked and cooked to perfection. The sauce they toss it in is what made it unique too. Mac n' cheese and baked beans were good too! If I recall, I believe the beans had brisket pieces in it too. Service was great. The cashier and owner himself were Super friendly and nice. Whenever I'm in the mood for barbeque, I would genuinely come back to support this place. I rather here than go support a terrible chain bbq place. This hidden gem is located in an apartment building near downtown Cape Coral. Free street parking but also free public parking next to the Dollar Tree located across the street.

Super friendly lady working the register (I love being called, "Honey"!) took my order and explained that beers are only sold "to go" due to licensing requirements. Fine by me, I took my beer and left... sitting at the table out front to watch the traffic go past. A few minutes later, the cook/chef brought out my dinner. A portion of brisket and a thick slice of "cheese-stuffed meatloaf" with cucumber salad and cole slaw. Brisket was excellent. Meatloaf was amazing (and quite spicy!). Cole slaw was meh. Cucumber salad was great. It's not a huge portion of food but it was completely enjoyable. This place probably gets very busy during high season so it was nice to experience when it was not so busy. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!!
