I called Jones Heating and Cooling spoke to Receptionist and told her my business needs. I told her I have photos of the existing 5 ton cooling unit and said I also have pics. She recommended I send an email with pics to j Korwan at Jones heating and cooling. I did and I never received so much as a phone call or an email response. I took my business elsewhere for ALL the heating cooling and plumbing needs!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. Period. read more

Made an appointment for their $99 Diagnostic for my home boiler. Could only get an appointment a month and a half from call. No problem, my boiler worked so I had no problem waiting. Confirmed appointment 2 days in advance after they contacted me for confirmation. Had an a.m. appointment Mon. 12/20. (My last day off before Christmas). Waited all morning... nothing. No tech, no phone call. Called them up 12:20pm. All operators busy, please leave a message. Requested if and when I can expect them, please call back. 5 hours passed.... Nothing. At 5pm got a quick text to confirm a technician in 20 minutes and then another one 5 minutes later saying to contact them to reschedule appointment. Thanks but no thanks. A shame I have to even give a star to post this. I'd like to give them what they gave me ZERO!!!!! read more
