Now that the claim against my family's insurance has been settled, I want to share our experience…read morebeing sued by this firm. Reading the reviews and seeing a high star rating, I noticed it was from those represented by this law firm. Very understandable, because you made a little money. But from a family who was being sued by this firm, I didn't even want to give a one star. My daughter was clearing an intersection with a yellow yield. Through a "mysterious chain of events" on their client's part, he hits my daughter's back side totaling her car. But because of yield laws no matter what, she would be at fault and given a ticket. Police report read he was an uninsured driver, no license, speeding through an intersection not to mention driving someone else's uninsured vehicle. But Georgia law overlooks all that, which is wrong. Their client walked around fine, put his RIGHT hand on my daughter and asked if she was okay. She says yes. Are you okay? He says "YES, I'm okay. WE WILL figure this out." He walks away, calls himself an ambulance and claims his RIGHT hand is injured. They find no injuries at the scene, but he wanted to go to hospital and from there, this ridiculous claim began. But that is how people avoid being placed in a police car. Claim "having a medical emergency". Who can resist a $200,000 policy! It went from we want money for his no injuries, his nothing wrong medical bills, pay for nothing wrong physical therapy, pay for nothing wrong psychiatrist, pay for any hardship finances he has at home or personal life that had nothing to do with the wreck. What this law firm and their client did not know at the time of this accident and entire three-year lawsuit, I was battling cancer. I was fighting to live. In pain every day with severe side effects, I had to drive my daughter to KSU and her place of employment on the days I did not have treatment. Chemo, surgery, more chemo, more surgery and radiation. Our medical bills were through the roof. I was later diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This was an unnecessary lawsuit. What happened to the days of I'm sorry. Our insurance will fix or replace your car? These are the days of lawsuits, making money at the expense of good people who work hard to live paycheck to paycheck. It is a money hungry world. Sad.

They are obviously only interested in slam dunk personal injury accidents for those not at fault…read more My wife was almost killed by a man speeding 45 in a restricted zone with high accident rates where the surrounding speed is 65. Highway Patrol said that speed reduction is only advisory, but Ga Code clearly says it is the law and ticketable. And 20 mph over posted reduced speed is considered a major offense. In charge officer indicated on report wife was wearing a seat belt, secondary officer said she was not wearing a seat belt, and issued a citation, which I intend challenging in court. This law firm denied taking the case over the seat belt citation. Ignored the peripheral laws, and I believe they are ambulance chasers taking only cases they know they can win. My suggestion: find a different law firm.

Given I have 4 thousand characters, I would really like to shed some light on this particular…read moreattorney. I came to this man by recommendation of a co-worker. I was recently separated from my son's mother and I was seeking counsel in regards to child legitimation and custody. I was in a tough spot emotionally because this was my first born son and also I was at the ripe age of 23. I wanted to have an active role in the upbringing of my son. I did not intend to try and fight for primary custody, as his mother loves him too, and I knew there could be some compromise. Harry approached our meeting a good 15 minutes late, which I am sure I was charged for the full hour despite the fact he was late. His Paralegal at the time, Jean, was amazing. She was caring, compassionate, and genuinely cared. She had empathy and could see my love for my son. She wanted to hep me. I have nothing but lovely things to say about Jean, Although I wish she would take her BAR, given she has the qualified education, and practice law. She would be extremely successful. Back to Harry. As we sat in our initial meeting, I noticed he very obviously didn't care about anything I had to say. He honestly didn't even seem interested in my case, but no worries, he loved the money I paid him. He asked me the same questions over and over again because he didn't care enough to write them down and honestly he probably wasn't even listening to me. We concluded our meeting and prepared for court. I never heard a word from him till we went to court to try and mediate with my son's mother. He showed up to court and couldn't remember my name much less my case. He haphazardly went through out mediation basically guessing. He was terrible. Mediation came to close and we decided to try again another day. Once again, I never heard anything from him anymore, but rest assured, I was appropriately billed for his "working fees". Some time passed and my son's mother and I came to a conclusion on what we thought we would be a good deal for both of us, being I was leaving for active duty military for 7 months. After her attorney attempting to reach contact with Harry and having no luck, I eventually got into contact with Jean and she handled the situation for me. I tell you this story not to express any anger or ill feelings toward this man. I personally feel he is a terrible lawyer. His practice is horrendous and he himself is a rude and deplorable. I would never recommend this man to anyone. He remembers nothing and doesn't seem to care anything about his clients. He lacks all necessary traits to be a good family attorney. He would find a better fit perhaps in the auto accident business, because he could cash in quick and easy money and not have to build a report with his clients. I also would like to add that the man (Harry) forgets everything you tell him. I dealt with this man and his office for over a year because I had paid a large retainer and felt as if I was stuck with them. He has changed paralegals about every 6 months, probably due to his horrific and hostile personality. His current paralegal is just as rude as he is, I guess they are a match meant to be. In closing, I would just like to encourage any of you here reading this, to seek out other counsel. There are plenty of attorneys out there who will at least pretend to care about your case. This man is a crook and only has a interest in your wallet. I strongly recommend that you find yourself another lawyer and save yourself the headache and dismay of having to bear a second with this man or his deplorable office staff. Thank you so much for your time.
