One of my colleagues wanted to bring extra clothes and his large size suitcase didn't arrive with him when he landed at LIN. This was closest shopping mall from the airport.
They have good size parking lot, it was easy for our local host to find a parking spot.
Mall is laid out pretty well, my colleague was able to find suitable clothes at reasonable price. He did say none of the shop staff spoke English.
While waiting, I used their free wifi to check in on Yelp. Wifi was a bit slow but good enough for what I was doing.
Standard food court is inside, looked like any ordinary shopping mall.
