We were very busy business owners and never seemed to make a priority. We thought it would be an onerous and very time consuming deal...UNTIL we met our neighbors, Kevin and Amelia Schaefer. We learned they were certified trust and estate planners. Kevin took the time to briefly explain why we needed a trust. We did NOT want to have to go through probate. So, we booked an appointment. Ladty who answered the phone refused to provide any details at all other than to say she could schedule a free in-person meeting. My time is more precious than that. If you can't give me very basic information as ALL other law offices have, I will not be coming to you. This should have been a fairly simple request and if you had provided a reasonable range ($1000-$2500 in my opinion), then I might have scheduled that first meeting.
