Since moving back I needed to find a dentist. I'd seen Dr. Ware at a couple of community health…read morefairs, and when I looked him up online he had stellar reviews. Then, when I mentioned going there to a friend she told me he came in to do some special after hours dental work for her son after he was in an accident. My first appointment for a cleaning and X-rays went off without a hitch. The staff were friendly- they're all really personable people. Also, they still give out toothbrush kits (something my last dentist stopped). I did need to go back for some additional dental work. I was called before the appointment and told they were running behind and the appointment would be late. When I got there it was still a bit later than they projected. I was a bit annoyed, but appreciated that the lady at the front desk apologized AND Dr. Ware apologized when I got to the back and explained that it had just been a crazy day. Doctors don't usually do that, so I was just happy that they acknowledged it and apologized. When he came back to do the actual work, he let me know that he'd be discounting it for the inconvenience. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had a doctor do that. Super classy move on Dr. Ware's part. I'll most certainly be back and recommend them to others.
