This location perfectly captures why I like Chick-fil-A and why it's one of my favorite chicken joints, especially among national chains. Back in 2015, I didn't go to Manhattan often since I wasn't working or had any reason to be there. But by 2018, I started frequenting--or at least becoming aware of--this location near the Barclays Center, and I've never had any issues. This Chick-fil-A does an excellent job of managing crowds while maintaining quality food. I've never experienced a mishap with my order, and I appreciate the staff's efficiency. This was one of the first locations I noticed using the tablet ordering system, which helps avoid the usual bottleneck at the counter from indecisive customers. The team is always eager to take your order, and they were ahead of the curve when it came to mobile ordering, which can sometimes be a hassle at other places. In terms of atmosphere, this spot gets a lively crowd, often from people coming from Nets games or events in downtown Brooklyn, Flatbush Ave. Whether you're grabbing a bite after the game or, let's be honest, sneaking food in, this Chick-fil-A is one of the best you'll find in the area.

This place advertises that their dishes include coleslaw and pickles, and even goes further by asking customers how much they want and charging extra for it. I specifically paid extra for coleslaw--and received none at all‼ Not in the burger, not in the loaded fries, not in the mac & cheese with chicken. Zero. If you're out of an item, the bare minimum is to contact the customer and offer a substitution. No call, no message, nothing. Just missing items I already paid for. The "loaded" waffle fries are marketed with toppings like coleslaw and pickles. What I received was just fries with a generic, overly salty cheese sauce--completely unbalanced and not what was advertised. The chicken is also misrepresented. This place claims "never frozen" and "melt in your mouth" texture. In reality: * The breading is thick, dry, and hard to chew * The chicken inside is dry, not juicy or tender That's not "melt in your mouth"--that's the opposite. The burger was okay, nothing special: * A few slices of pickles (only place they actually showed up) * Some sautéed onions * Basic sauce (fine, but nothing memorable) For the price, this is not impressive. The chocolate milkshake was decent, but not worth $8. Overall, this feels like FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and careless execution. Charging extra for items that are never delivered, and not even notifying the customer, is unacceptable. This spot had a little deal on Doordash so I went with them. The chicken wings were the best part of the meal. I've learned to stop asking for them to be "well done" whenever I order from Chinese restaurants because 9/10 they'll send you old chicken. I usually order their crab burger which they do not have in Moon and Flower. Also Miss Dong provides better customer services for example when you call in advanced to order and once your order is done, the cashier would normally give you a call. For the last two month or so they were offering buy 2 get 1 free burger which I took over. I did like their chicken nuggets for a time period but the last two order was overalls fried but that doesn't stop me from ordering from Miss Dong!
