However, after…read moreasking 5 times for the vaccine records, I left to find out that Fester has only seen the vet 1 time and they self administer the vaccines to him. On top of that, when she sent me his records she "forgot" some stickers for the vaccines so she added it later. When trying to discuss my concerns with her, she completely ignored me and bombarded me with reviews of happy customers and said her bad review was addressed and it was the purchaser fault. In addition, when trying to state my concern she said I have no knowledge of dogs, tho I grew up with dogs my whole life and had a total of 4 as of today, and that since she is a dental hygienist she knows how to treat a dog better than a vet. On top of everything, I noticed the vaccine records of Fester does not even match my puppys vaccine records from what the vet gave her. She told me I just don't know how to read the label. But she doesn't realized dogs with EU passports have the vaccine name, signature from vet, and label from the vaccine bottle placed in it as record. I tried to request my deposit back and she ignored me and told me to stop committing wit her. She is very unprofessional and will not listen to you. All she does is PUSH PUSH PUSH the sale onto you and force you to buy the dog and play mind games on you making it seem you are not knowledge compared to her. I do not recommend purchasing from her!!!! If 0 stars was possible, that is what she would have gotten.

We were sent home with all his paperwork, a care package of food, shampoo, a squeaky toy, a small blanket and a microchipped puppy. The pup was easily potty trained, he was easy to socialize with other dogs and has been a great dog! Since we had such a great experience the first time around when we decided to add to our canine family we didn't hesitate to contact Color Country Aussies again; however this experience has been the exact opposite of our first experience. We picked up our new little guy on April 12, 2024, Keisha asked if she could email me his paperwork and I said ok, we paid for the pup and we left. Fast forward to today May 2, 2024 and I have yet to receive any paperwork from Keisha, I have repeatedly text her and asked for the paperwork but now she has stopped responding. I have an idea when the pup was born taken from Keisha's advertisement on the website, but I have no definite birthday or lineage for this puppy and no microchip to boot! I am beyond frustrated with this transaction and going forward I will NEVER recommend Color Country Aussies as I have in the past!

BIG MISTAKE. After 4 months she has still refused to give me my money back. I tried taking it up with PayPal which was a mess and she would send them fake tracking numbers in order for them to decline my refund. On her websites contract she claims her puppies come with a health guarantee that can be extended only IF you buy the specific food she offers. Next red flag Out of excitement I started looking for trainers which then started mentioning concerns about how she did not fit the breed standard for mini Aussies and started mentioning possible health concerns down the line. It wasn't until then that I decided to go on Yelp and saw MULTIPLE people having the exact same issues he mentioned might happen just by looking at the pup! I brought it up to the owner here at Color country Aussie who couldn't give me a direct answer and told me you know what if you don't feel comfortable then I don't want to give you the dog you're only going to be looking for reasons to complain once you have her. All because I wanted some peace of mind! I asked her again about her health guarantee which she then stated this puppy does NOT come with a health guarantee because she is being sold as a pet. I told her no where on her contract or puppy listing does it show anything about that. Then as we're messaging she starts sending me screenshots of her website while she's changing the literature adding things to fit her agenda! She also tried selling me a more expensive puppy as an alternative that she stated she would sell as a pet but now would offer me a health guarantee. In the end PayPal did nothing and she kept my $500 deposit for doing NOTHING. She has over 100 puppies available when I last checked which is the literal definition of a puppy mill! She has no care for her customers so I can't imagine the poor condition these puppies must live in which she also refuses to let you see. 3rd red flag I even asked her how many litters the puppies mother had and she responded saying "why would it matter?" I decided to go elsewhere and now have a happy healthy Blue Merle pup and the treatment I received was night and day compared to here. I got weekly updates and pictures as well as a chance to speak with the Vet on one of her visits, she happily showed me her facility and the 3 other puppies she hand as well as my puppies parents she even let us hang out with them all so she can get to know us in her comfort zone before taking her back home. Take the time to do your research and it will be very clear that Color Country Aussies is the definition of red flags price by color varying from $800-$7,500! , over 100 pups, refuse letting you see facilities, can't meet parents, multiple cases of sick dogs. She is rude and has very shady practices and clearly in this just for the money. If you want an Aussie do the research and stay away from here. You'll get much better service and quality pup for a fair price elsewhere.

There is NOT a "only one puppy" policy, we literally played with almost all of them. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. And our pup hasn't been ill once since we brought her home. The only thing they required from us was to do a fecal test with our vet within the first 72 hours of bringing our puppy home to make sure everything was fine, and sure enough, there wasn't a single issue with our pup whatsoever. Our vet said she's as healthy as can be. Maybe we just got lucky, but we truly are very happy with the service and will be using them again when we decide it's time for another fur baby.

I was lucky enough to be able to get pick of the litter and selected a beautiful girl which I named Sasha. Carrie Bass and her husband have been the best breeders I have ever used and were so kind to offer pictures right after her birth and on Easter and again on Mother's Day. I also paid a personal visit at their home and got to meet the beautiful mother of Sasha and also hold Sasha in my lap where she promptly fell asleep. They offered excellent coaching on everything from potty training, to feeding schedule and recommended pet insurance along with recommended perfect health by NuVet Plus. What was most amazing although the doodles were only 5 weeks old, she had already taught them to sit!! I was also given as a gift a a snuggle puppy for my sweet Sasha. I can't say enough about how professional and animal friendly they are and can't give them a 5 rating because they really deserve a 10+. I feel blessed to have come across their path. Back in 2022, me and my then-fiancé decided on getting a puppy. There are a lot of breeders out…read morethere, but we eventually settled on Copper Canyon Doodles. We were a fan of the large variety of mini goldendoodle options they had available (both F1 & F1B) due to their network of families that they work with, as well as their excellent testimonials. Including famous endorsements from Oprah and Ken Jeong, both of whom have a doodle from Copper Canyon. Although the waitlist for us was definitely long due to a backlog of pandemic-era people wanting to get pets, our turn eventually came up over a year later. Due to either poor timing related to various life circumstances, or the litters options not meeting our criteria, we wound up passing on quite a few litters until just now in the tail-end of 2024, we finally found the one. Throughout this entire process, Paul and Emily have been great in responding to our emails and calls to address any questions we would have about certain litters, any uncertainties or issues that came up, as well as keeping us up to date on expected upcoming new litters so we could plan ahead. Only minor complaint however was just that we had to pass on several litters that we were interested in, but only had a week's notice to commit, prep for the arrival of a puppy, and make arrangements to fly out to Vegas to pickup said puppy. More advance notice would certainly be appreciated, and we were thankful we got that with our new furbaby Mango. Cost for a puppy from Copper Canyon is $3k, with $1K as a non-refundable deposit, and $2K paid just prior or during pickup of your puppy. They will allow you to keep your place in line and skip litters as long as you need (as we ultimately did for 1.5yrs). Puppies come with a 3yr health guarantee, but be aware that you are required to buy their suggested specialty pet food brand and supplements in order to keep the guarantee valid. Pickup for puppies is offered at the Vegas airport. Or if you're not able to make it on that date, optional pickup at their place in Utah is available for a fee. Mango has been quite a bundle of joy. Displaying a ton of affection for everyone, and came fully crate trained, desensitized to noise, and comfortable with touching of her more particular areas (nose, mouth, paws and ears). Although training a puppy is never easy and takes a boat-load of patience, having the aforementioned factors resolved before even joining us has been a HUGE boon. Thank you Copper Canyon for such an adorable and lovable fur-ever baby to join our family!
