We had a few cocktails with their powder in them and it was just perfect. More importantly, their representative Jess, couldn't have been sweeter, more helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She was so lovely and we are going to definitely become regular customers. The products are excellent, packaged beautifully and give the perfect relaxing feeling. Can't wait to visit the store!

Bought a disposable vape 2 days ago. 1st day it was fine, but then the second day it started…read moreleaking. I lost about half of the total oil in the cartridge. When I bought the vape, the employee said to keep the receipt if I have any problems with the vape then they will replace it. I went in today to get the malfunctional vape replaced, but that didn't happen. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the manager to come in and inspect the vape, only to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Keep in mind, this was after the staff and manager admitted the vape was leaking. After trying to bargain, I was able to get 15% off my next purchase. For comparison, most other dispensaries offer a full exchange in my experience for the defective vape. The whole 5 day warranty the staff pitches is bogus. This will be the last time I give Etain my business.
