We hired them to replace our roof, facia boards, underpinning, pressure wash house, and put trench around the house. What was supposed to be a 4-5 day job was not completed a month later and still not completed today. We were given excuse after excuse as to why they could not show to work on the jobs we hired them for. When they did show up, they would come at noon, take lots of breaks, and leave between 4-6pm. We would say maybe only 2 hours of work time total. While rain was a problem for a few days, it did not account for the other 95%. Due to being undependable, we cancelled the trench and pressure washing as we just wanted them to finish the main jobs and be done. However, we had to fire them and get someone else to finish the jobs we let them keep because they kept not showing up. When replacing the roof, they tore the shingles off and left the roof totally exposed with no tarp or anything. However, when giving the estimate, they stated that they would use a tarp. It ended up raining and we had several water spots appear in our ceiling. We are hoping nothing is rotten. We also caught them drinking on the job and requested that they stop doing this but am not sure if they did or not. This really made us worry as they were working on ladders and the roof. Here we are with roof mostly done, partial gutters and facia boards replaced, and a couple panels of underpinning finished. We did make a mistake and give them the full amount up front. Looks like we will have to go to court. Lessoned learned!

In August, I used Stewart Brothers tree service to have 11 trees removed. As for the removal and…read moreclean up, Derek and his crew were efficient and did a good job with clean up. Unfortunately, during the removal process, damage occurred to a wooden privacy fence I have. Derek, let me know about it and gave me his word that he would make the necessary repairs and "not leave me high and dry." However, after two months, he has not done so even after I reached out to him. In addition to this, he failed to mention damage to a chain link fence. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed and cannot now recommend Stewart Brothers service. Travis
