We selected the flooring for our whole home in December 2021. Even paid extra to have heated flooring installed in our master bathroom. The products we chose were not actually ordered until a few months later. At which time, the product we selected was no longer being made. Instead of reaching out to the homeowners to advise us, Brand (the owner) said I told my guy just to pick something similar. We picked out tan/beigs products. The new product that was ordered and installed over our heated floor was jail house grey. Needless to say we had a fit. Now on top of ripping up the nonsense....the heated floor would have to be redone. We go down, select the new product. When asked why he didn't reach out to us. He said (cannot make this up) well you and your hubby are working and busy. I then asked him since we are too busy to make our own decisions...if he will also be raising my children and paying my bills. And in no uncertain terms explained between my husband and I we are well capable of making multiple decisions a day on our own. Then the tiling in our shower begins...the installer installs the belly band accent about 4" off the top of a 9' foot ceiling. Now, we are livid. The entire master bathroom had to be done 3 times. The luxury vinly thru the main part of the house has multiple seems where it is just shy of the wall. The carpet has random seems in every room/closet. Brand Fisher is a complete joke and scam artist! Do NOT do business with him. Oh and one other thing...if you're a woman...he's having NO part in dealing with you. Freaking nightmare. Don't waste a dime with this dude.

We found ourselves in a bit of a conundrum recently. We had two short, non-load-bearing walls…read moreremoved in a room that had engineered wood flooring glued onto a concrete slab. Issue # 1: Remove old floor and replace with new strips in a pattern that smoothly fills in the spaces where the old floor was removed Issue # 2: Match the size, color, and grain of the old flooring with new replacement strips A representative (Clayton) came to our home to measure and give us an estimate. He invited us to visit the store to look at samples. The number of samples we found in the store were a bit daunting at first. But a helpful sales representative there guided us through a selection process (limited by the few samples that might fit and match in color.) She gave us several samples to bring home. Finally deciding on a match, we returned to the store to place our order. Unfortunately, we had to order an entire box, even though we'd be using less than a quarter of that amount. When the installers came, they tore out the old floor, then discovered that the wood that was sent did not match our color! Arrrgggh. (But thank goodness they suggested we return to the store to straighten it out. Which we did.) The floor was installed in about half a day and we were extremely pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of the installation crew. Eric, Project Manager came to do a final inspection, repaired one or two minor glue gaps...and we were done. Overall, we were very pleased with the service (save for the initial mistaken wood color). And, as you can see by the photos I've posted, they did a great job interlacing (weaving) in the new with the old.

Project: Repair a slope in my shower. Would need a Tile Guy to do this…read more Put this out on yelp and this company reached out and said they could do this project. David came out, looked at my shower, (seriously, just looked at the shower and threw out a number and said he could do it the next week for xxx amount) and he was done. I asked for a written estimate detailing what steps would be taken since he couldn't tell me when he was at my home. He obviously was just the salesman and didn't know anything about this project. Other bids I received said that it would take a good week to repair and he said two days, which I found odd. Anyway, he called me the next day asking me if he could put me down for the next week to get his guys scheduled. Told him I was waiting for the detailed estimate-not detailed with $$, detailed as in the steps taken to repair. I never heard from him again. Ghosted. He wasted my time and made the company look really bad. He over promised and under delivered. It is a real shame as I have a lot of high profile clientele that I was going to give referral to had the project come out well. Now it will be the opposite. All he had to do is be honest and tell me he was incorrect and it couldn't be done. I felt as if I was being pushed into signing on the dotted line without knowing what I was signing. Once he knew he couldn't pull a fast one over me, he ghosted me. Not a good look for their business.
