I thought my roof had been damaged by the freeze and called her office. Her staff recommended Corbin Stevens at pristine roofing. He came out and said I had Hail damage, I filled a claim and it was approved. Corbin did my roof and I paid him the money I received from Farmers plus my deductible. I took a closer look at the estimate and realized that I had been paid for screens and also to have the drip edge replaced, Corbin did not do either of those but took the money for it. He eventually gave me the money back for the screens, but still continued to say he didn't owe me anything. Here's where things went south with Jenny, I reached out to her office for help and went there to meet with Travon and showed him the estimate and my contract with Pristine roofing. He said he would get with Jenny and let me know. He called the next day and told me that Corbin's mother was a personal friend of Jenny's and that Corbin told her he did not owe me any money and that it was my word against his even though we all agreed he did not do all the work he was paid for. I made several attempts to have Jenny call me and she would not. I had to contact the district manager for help, which he was able get my money back. I asked Travon if they were going to continue to use Pristine roofing and he said yes that his mother was a personnel friend of Jenny's and they only had one complaint. Getting any insurance involves a credit check to get quotes, pure and simple. Anyone with car insurance knows that. You need to give your SSN or taxID to get that done. If you called him (and not the other way) and then were worried about giving your info out, you should have immediately asked to go to his office and meet him person. Otherwise, you are just wasting both your time and his time. From my experience, John has been beyond outstanding in his customer service and my insurance bids are small, so I know he is not making much from me. He is just doing his job the way I expect. Correction, it is beyond what I expect in today's world.

An auto claim, in 2018. We were t-boned by a bad driver in Omaha. Our Car was totaled…read more Liberty undervalued it, and when I challenged that our adjuster just disappeared. We got a new one, all of a sudden, who said we were going to have a reduction, because the car's interior was in poor condition. It was a work car, for customers to drive with us in. It was immaculate. The soil was because the tow people stuck the torn of fenders and bumper parts inside the car back seat! So we got it esclated. Then Liberty "discovered" not only that the car had been undervalued but that we had a special coverage which required them to comp us for a car one year newer (same make and model), with about half as many miles as we actually had! So we ended up with an extra $4400. But we had to fight and fight and fight. A home hail damage claim, from last winter 2018... a year ago. Took two dozen phone calls, and similar number of long emails, escalation to a manager. A nearly endless battle. Finally got the check yesterday, got an email at 9:32 PM, asking me to do something about the check. AWFUL CLAIMS SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THEM FOR EVERYTHING.

Over the last year, we've had the unfortunate luck of wrecking two vehicles, and each time, the Jamison Agency at Allstate went above and beyond to make a bad situation manageable and stress-free. The first wreck was tough--we totaled an older car we had paid off long ago. We were worried about how little we'd get for it, but thankfully, our agent had convinced us to add a feature called Auto Replacement Protection. That small add-on (only $12.88 per month per car!) saved us. Instead of getting just $17,000 for the car, the policy bumped the value as if it were two years newer, and we received $21,000. That extra $4,000 made all the difference! The entire process was seamless: within minutes of calling, they filed the claim, assigned us a collision shop, and arranged a rental car. Updates came almost daily, and within two weeks, we had a new truck. Plus, our insurance rate didn't go up. Incredible. This wreck was not our fault. The second wreck was during a freeze, and I was dreading the process. We were at fault since the weather caused the accident, and I was sure our rates would skyrocket. But Allstate's accident forgiveness kicked in, and to my relief, our rates stayed the same. Again, they handled everything so quickly. A tow truck was dispatched within 30 minutes of contacting the body shop, even in the middle of a snowstorm. The claims adjuster and rental car company called the same day, and we've received daily updates ever since. I don't know how this claim will end, but I do know I don't have to worry because of how reliable Allstate and the Jamison Agency are. We trust them so much we have all our insurance with them--auto, home, and life. If I'm going to spend money on insurance, I want to know the company will actually take care of us when life gets tough. The Jamison Agency does that and more. Their customer service is second to none, and I can't recommend them enough.

This has been a nightmare. This agency (Sam Buentello) is not very responsive and the communication is terrible. When I sold one of the houses, they told me what the new monthly payment amount would be - but they gave me wrong information. Also, my payment amount kept changing every month so I requested for them to send me an explanation of the last three months payments so I could understand what was causing my bill to fluctuate. The said they would - but didn't. Two weeks later I saw the automatic withdrawal from my bank and it was a different amount. When I called them for an explanation, the lady who answered the phone got defensive and started arguing with me rather than trying to help me understand what was happening to my accounts. My phone has an app that records calls and I will be sending a copy of that call to Nationwide to explain why I am transferring my policies from the Sam Buentello agency to a different Nationwide agency. If you were assigned to the Sam Buentello Agency or are considering becoming a customer of theirs, I would urge you to proceed with caution. Insurance is not the type of product you can afford to make a mistake on - and you need to know that your agent will be responsive (and accurate) should you ever need them.
