I went back inside and asked for a voucher. After waiting several minutes, the charge nurse came out and rudely exclaimed that she would not be giving me a voucher. I could hear her and one of the nurses cackling as I walked away. If you want professional, caring staff, go during the day. If you want a bunch of hyperactive middle schoolers, go in the evening. I don't understand how there can be such a difference between day and evening there, however, there most certainly is.
