From the beginning to the end of my case, they demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for my well-being. What impressed me most was their perseverance. They never gave up on my case, communicated with me every step of the way, and took the time to answer my questions so I always understood what was happening. I always felt that I had someone in my corner. They have a quiet confidence about them. They aren't flashy or loud--they're low-key but incredibly effective. Behind that calm approach is a team that works hard, fights for their clients, and goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. I'm deeply grateful for their guidance, dedication, and the successful resolution of my claim. I also want to thank the entire office staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout the process. It truly felt like a team effort. From my very first contact with Dierdre Powell, I felt cared for--she was always so helpful and remembered my name every time I called. Erica Hurtado patiently explained the legal process and answered every question with clarity and compassion. Even Mark Brantingham stepped in to provide legal support along the way--it was truly a full team effort on my behalf. From the beginning, Gina and her team provided structure, support, and clear guidance that helped me feel grounded during such a stressful time. I was also deeply moved when Mark and Michelle Hiepler personally offered their support and guidance during the mediation process. Gina was able to keep my case out of trial and guided us through mediation instead. Throughout the process, she was calm, empathetic, and genuinely cared about my well-being. At the same time, she was assertive, effective, and relentless in dealing with the agency we were up against. What stood out most was Gina's perfect balance--her compassion for me paired with her fierce advocacy on my behalf. She helped me feel supported every step of the way and fought hard to achieve the best possible outcome. I will be forever grateful for Gina Clemow and the entire Hiepler & Hiepler team. They are exceptional. Gina C

I've known Ron Bamieh for many years and have relied on him and his firm on a number of occasions,…read moreboth professionally with my business and personally. He has always been someone I trust for straightforward advice, great communication, and help navigating difficult situations. Most recently, my family hired Ron to represent my 76-year-old father after the DMV suspended his driver's license. Ron and his team did a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes dealing with the DMV, preparing us for the appeal process, and making sure my dad understood exactly what to expect at the hearing. Ron was there with us for the hearing and helped us navigate a process that would have been extremely difficult to handle on our own. Ultimately, Ron was able to get the DMV to give my dad another opportunity to go through the testing process. My dad passed both the written and behind-the-wheel tests and got his license back. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Ron's direct communication, accessibility, and all the work he and his team put into this for our family. I've told friends and family for years: if you ever find yourself in a bind, with your back against the wall and you don't know what to do, Ron should be the first person you call. He's certainly the first person I call, and I can't recommend him and the team at Bamieh & De Smeth enough.

The man he represented severely injured me, and watching the situation unfold left me feeling as though the harm and abuse I experienced did not matter. I understand that everyone has a right to legal representation. However, there is a difference between providing a legal defense and the way a victim of domestic violence is treated in the process. From my experience, I felt absolutely no compassion, concern, or sensitivity toward the severity of what happened to me. Domestic violence against women is not something that should ever be minimized. I would never recommend this attorney based on my personal experience.

My experience with this firm was okay overall (except for Tony, he was great), but there were…read moreseveral things that I feel could have been handled better. I appreciated the help I received with my case after my car accident, but communication and attention to detail were sometimes frustrating. I repeatedly asked that they not call or discuss my case with my mom because this was my case and I wanted to keep my situation private. Despite that, there were occasions when they still contacted her, which made me feel that my requests and privacy were not being fully respected. There were also multiple occasions where my last name was misspelled. While this may seem like a small detail, I believe these things matter, especially when dealing with someone's legal case. At times, it felt like they were all over the place, and I wish they had taken more time to get to know me as a client and understand my preferences. Another thing that disappointed me was that once my case was finished, no one reached out to schedule a final meeting or even check in with me. I would have appreciated an opportunity to go over the case one last time, ask any final questions, and discuss whether I was satisfied with the service I received. Even a simple follow-up to ask how I felt about experience would have made a difference. Overall, the service was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication, organization, attention to detail, and client follow-up. I'm giving 2 stars because I did receive assistance with my case, but | think taking a little more time to listen to and follow up with clients would make the experience much better.
