Only Miskovich responded positively and I was treated the next day. Dr. Kuehn identified the problem and relieved the pain. I then met Dr. Peter for a root canal. Both dentists and their assistants were attentive and gentle. I was never left in a room alone which is unusual in my experience. Jackie at the front desk was so helpful in scheduling and, surprise, the day after my treatment, Dr. Peter called to see how I was doing. That's exemplary customer service! So happy I now have a trusted dentist in Rapids.

They always knew best and my opinion about things always seemed to be an irritant to them, even though they'd asked for it. In and out, as quickly as possible. Very little care about the quality of their work or the pain it caused me in the process. But this place? Is entirely different. My dentist is Leanna McBride, and I can honestly say that she is not only an amazing dentist, she is an amazing person. She is so kind and considerate. So polite and genuine. When she asks for my thoughts, she actually cares about hearing my answer. She is quick witted with her banter with her hygienists, which adds alot to the morale of the entire situation. I can imagine she is a fun person to work with and I count myself lucky that I ended up with her. Being fully transparent? I cannot imagine a situation with this crew that would cause me to give them anything but a 5 star review. I've been in here multiple times now and from the scheduler to the dentist herself, everyone has a positive vibe about them and the overall aura of the office is not like a normal dental office. It's more like going to a friends place. I am sure their clientele is full. But If you have the opportunity to become a patient here? DO IT. Because I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For a little over a few years, I've had a chip in my tooth near my front center ones. I've always…read morebeen so insecure until I found this place (luckily they took both of my insurances). Once I got an appointment, the staff treated me so kindly and always had a smile on their faces to make me feel comfortable. The dentist himself was absolutely amazing, he told me a run down on what was going to happen as clearly as possible, he even did my two feelings so perfectly to the point I can smile and now have the confidence. He did everything to a T and I wouldn't recommend any other places than this place, he's the best dentist I've ever had and his care team are absolute angels. I'll definitely make this place my regular dentist.
