Their office is beautiful and very welcoming and the staff always greets you with a smile. It is a very patient-friendly and comfortable setting, which you don't find too often in a medical practice. I have had several family members go to Johnson Audiology for hearing issues and they have raved about the professionalism of the staff and effectiveness of their services and products. To top it off, the owners Derek and Megan Johnson are great people. We have been involved in several charity events with Johnson Audiology and they are always first in line to support their community and great causes! I have been a patient of Johnson Audiology since Dr. Johnson first opened her location in Chattanooga in 2009. I drove 60 miles each way from Cartersville to be fitted every 3 months with my Lyric hearing aids. Once the Cartersville location opened in 2012, I now get my fittings closer to home with Dr. Anna. She's fantastic and she's always happy to see me. All of the Docs at either location are fabulous! The staff is friendly and courteous and they give good, old fashioned customer service.
