Her design instincts were spot-on, perfectly balancing style and practicality, which is crucial for a vacation rental. She really understood how to make the space beautiful and functional for guests. We kept most of the existing furniture, but updated everything around it--décor, layout, even knocking down a wall to open up the space. From little touches like textiles and lighting to bigger remodeling decisions, every detail was thoughtfully handled. Cilla coordinated everything from start to finish and kept me in the loop throughout. I never had to worry about a thing. All of the contractors she brought in were professional and did excellent work. I've worked with another remote designer in the past, and this experience was worlds better--smoother, more efficient, and just a higher level of execution all around. Someone mentioned the prices are higher than some, but my daughter and I felt like they were lower than antiques in Knoxville and much lower than antiques in Atlanta or Nashville. The prices may be high for Sweetwater standards, but it is by far the nicest store in Sweetwater. The town itself is cute and worth the drive.

When I needed a new foyer rug I went to the store on Kingston Pike. The sales associate was nice but very vague on rug prices. I explained I wanted to spend several hundred dollars (not thousands) for a 4x6 rug. She asked me to return in one week to give her time to get some suggestions. When I returned one week later she didn't remember me. When I asked for prices she went to a collogue who stated very abruptly that "our rugs cost several thousand dollars". I felt humiliated and embarrassed even though my first visit suggested I had several options. After spending thousands of dollars with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
