We were on a charity motorcycle ride when my spouse's motorcycle was stolen from a hotel parking lot. Johnsen Insurance not only helped us out immediately in making a claim, they offered to come and get us, even though we were nearly 400 miles away! Not only that, they then loaned us a motorcycle trailer to go retrieve my bike, delivered it to and then later picked up the trailer from our backyard. We're not even in the same city as the Johnsen Insurance Agency! Never have I had an insurance agent go so far to make sure we're OK. This company does NOT provide adequate follow up service on accounts. We were not informed when our homeowners insurance was not paid correctly by our mortgage company, so the company cancelled us! We found out much later when we called Johnsen about another matter. Then it took them two weeks to get a quote for a new policy! I felt like Johnsen's was just not interested in our business, so we went elsewhere. I would never want to deal with them again. Johnsen Insurance has been our commercial insurance provider for 4 year and personal provider for 2 years. In the 4 years Johnsen has handled our business Insurance we have had 2 claims ( one was a structure fire), I can only say good things about how both claims we handled by Johnsen Insurance and our insurance provider. During our Febuary 2012 Fire, Johnsen Insurance worked closely with my business's do our insurance provider to reopen our doors in only 7 days.
