Blaine's stated they had never seen this happen, stated we would be called to preview the replacement before it was set. I was called to pick them up and simply stated we were disappointed we weren't called to preview before set. The owner's comments, "You must have left them in a hot car. (I asked how hot a car would have to be and was told to "google it"). Those earrings were filthy. You must have chipped them.
