They gave me an excellent trade-in value on my previous truck and had all the financing arranged when I arrived. After a few text exchanges last week and an in-person meeting, I was able to seal the deal in about 45 minutes this morning. (Past experience at other dealerships has been more like two hours.) Added bonus: Financing did NOT try to up-sale things like Maintenance Plans, Road Hazard Protection, etc. I've never felt more valued as a customer . . . and I work for the manufacturer of these vehicles.

My experience with Laurie's Towing & Auto in Marion, Indiana, has been nothing short of a…read morenightmare! My vehicle spent nearly FOUR WEEKS in their shop, where I paid almost $8,000 in repairs, including an engine and transmission replacement. After all that time and money, my vehicle was returned STILL NOT RUNNING AT ALL! On top of the repair bill, I also had approximately $2,000 in cross country towing expenses to get my vehicle to my home, adding even more to an already costly situation. After having the vehicle inspected by another mechanic, the new engine was not even compatible. To make matters worse, the transmission Laurie's installed isn't even functioning, and I've now had to purchase ANOTHER transmission! As if that weren't enough, an expensive personal item went missing from inside my vehicle while it was at their shop and was never returned. I've spent thousands of dollars, gone weeks without my vehicle, and dealt with endless frustration, only to be left paying for repairs that I already paid this shop to complete. When you trust a professional repair shop with your vehicle and thousands of dollars, you expect the job to be done correctly and within a timely fashion. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering this business to do their research before trusting them with their vehicle. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone!

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake.
