Paul is wonderful! My adult daughter and I were traveling from Texas to New Orleans when her car started making a noise and then began vibrating. I looked up nearby auto repair shops online. I was fortunate to find John's Auto Repair and we drove in. Paul took a look at the car right away, drove it, came back and jacked it up to check the wheels which had recently been rotated. One wheel was loose and he tightened it up and checked the other three wheels. That fixed it. Paul did not even charge us for his service. He said he didn't want us to be stranded on the road.
