The bumper ended up popping off 3 months later. I went back to Oceanside. The guy said they could fix it and sent me to Escondido, where the mechanic there said he couldn't and I had to go to a body shop. Now, I have to pay $1300 for a new bumper and installation. I would have liked to send an email directly to the owner asking for some compensation, but I was not able to reach him. This is in no reflection of the superb work they do at Meineke in Oceanside or Escondido, I will always go back to them in the future for my regular car maintenance.
