I have never left a bad review before but for this one I believe others should know what a stingy and cheap person Johnny is. He took my husband's school graduation picture and we bought the basic package so we can have a hard copy for keepsake. We never received the pictures. Johnny sent out an email to the class saying he will send a follow up email on when we can pick up the pictures for whoever bought them. There was never a follow up email. We sent an email to Johnny, but no reply. We tried contacting the school that my husband graduated from to see if they have it, but due to the pandemic the campus is closed. I finally decided to call Johnny and told him the situation, he of course answered because he didn't recognize my number. He asked me to text him the student name and it'll be ready the following week. He also said on the phone that he can print us another copy but if he did it for the whole class he would not profit. I told him it's just for us and it's only the basic package that we ordered, and I would be willing to drive wherever he is to pick it up. The next week, I texted and called him multiple times, and no answer. He claims to be a photographer and loves to capture special occasions, but if you don't receive the pictures that you bought, he does not care. Once he receives the money, he will ignore your texts and phone calls. He can't spend a few cents to print another copy for us. That's not the way to treat your paid customers, especially during this time with the pandemic. So, do yourself a favor and hire the many photographers out there instead of him. They would care whether or not you receive the pictures that you paid for. read more
