I knew coming into the conversation sod was expensive, and was open to other options. Chris worked with my roommate and I to ensure we got the best price and service so we (and my dog) could enjoy our yard again! Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable. I could tell they are a family oriented company with a goal of creating a space where people (and animals) can spend time enjoying life together. They make it clear they see their customers as humans who deserve a safe outdoor space to spend time, not simply a means to a financial end. Their integrity and determination to back up and maintain their work is outstanding. I will definitely be calling them for ANY outdoor yard services I need. His creativity for landscape ideas and knowledge of his skill are second to none. Both my front and backyard flowers beds were in disarray and Ty was not only able to clean them up but also make them a source of pride for myself and my family. While I have only used Ty for restoration projects, it is my intent to "make over" my back yard at some point soon and Ty will be the only call I make for landscaping ideas.

Met with Ty and told him I wanted to discuss cost on anything other than mowing. Always was much higher. Straw that broke the camels back was the sod laid in my backyard. He assured me it would be level with the existing turf. Wasn't close. Have had to have 2 loads of sand and will have to have one more to fix. Mowing has been a challenge with two different levels of a flat (supposedly) yard. Ty was a 5k lesson I wish I would have never used.

BEST SPRINKLER COMPANY IN LUBBOCK, hands down!…read more We have used so many sprinkler companies in Lubbock and always had an issue (they couldn't come quickly, even in an emergency, they overcharged, they didn't do the work correctly, you name it, we had problems) -- until we found Andy's. Specifically, we work with Freddy, who is one of their manager and crew chiefs l. Freddy is AMAZING. Over the past 3-4 years, he and his crew have repaired numerous systems for us at multiple properties. They've moved sprinkler heads, re-router water lines to our AC, installed new smart control boxes, taught us how to use and maintain the systems, and repaired just about everything that can go wrong. They're EXCELLENT at what they do. They're super responsive and get the work done quickly. And best of all -- they're GOOD GUYS. I trust Freddy completely. He's one of the best contractors in any field I've ever worked with, and we feel beyond lucky that we found him and Andy's. We wouldn't work with anyone else. THANK YOU, Freddy!!
