However, after a day of driving the vehicle there was a horrible sound coming from the vehicle again. I called them and told them about this issue and they claimed they had previously heard the noise but neglected to tell me originally about this. I still brought the car back the next day and they told me it was not a safety issue and not to worry about it at the moment as my original repair was so expensive we could wait. That day they did not see my vehicle as it was "not necessary." On my way home however my vehicle became dangerous to drive. I decided my car most definitely had an issue despite what they had told me. I attempted to take my vehicle back to this shop. Before I made it to Mcalester my car broke down fully in Hartshorne and I was terrified. Thankfully a local mechanic was able to look at the car and lo and behold it had loose and a few missing bolts within the brand new caliber on the font right side. My entire tire was shaking. I paid them for there service, and went back to Discount Wheel and Tire. They claimed they were no way to blame for this and had very cocky and arrogant customer service. They very hesitantly reimbursed me for the work, the other mechanic had to do in order to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, three days later my front left brake caliper is making a horrible noise now too. This is not okay. As a young woman I feel taken advantage of. Do not go here for anything! Especially if your female!
