Case was transferred to another attorney who made multiple errors, including telling me wrong dates to request a clarification from the judge on his ruling! I was fortunate to have a friend who is a judge who let me know that information was dead wrong. That attorney also ended up leaving. Then Weiner Law said I'd need to pay another retainer for yet another attorney to takeover my case. Seemed they were more interested in draining me with billable hours than reaching a resolution. When I complained they didn't take accountability and only offered a half hearted apology. Ended up finding a great attorney at another firm, but because of The Weiner Law Group's shoddy work I lost the ability to enforce arrears. Worst decision ever and thousands down the drain.
