I set up a zoom appointment with the initial attorney that I requested. The specific attorney was from a referral from a friend's friend. I sent a $510 advance deposit for a one hour consultation. The next day the appointment was cancelled and I was rescheduled to Zoom meet with a different attorney. At the start of the meeting there were some Zoom issues. After finally starting the meeting the attorney and I talked for less than a half an hour. The attorney was knowledgeable and brought up some good points regarding my case. However the attorney stated he had to get on another call. The meeting lasted less than a half hour. A few days later I decided not to hire the firm and requested a rebate for $250. The reply from the firm was "Thank you for letting us know! Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on consultation fees." Because only about half of the scheduled consultation time was used, I believe a partial refund would have been appropriate. :(

This dude also never took my calls, always returning my calls after business hours while waiting to be seated at a restaurant or during a workout at the gym. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
