And wouldn't it be great if the person providing you care not only was a chiropractic expert, but also a fun and relatable human being? Enter Dr. Kevin. Dr. Kevin provides a refreshing approach to chiropractic care. He takes the time to do a full assessment of your spine health and educates his patients before jumping into the satisfying cracking that we seek from a chiropractor--in a safe and effective way, of course. I appreciated Dr. Kevin's curiosity about my health goals and how he incorporated that into a personalized care plan. He makes a genuine effort to get to know his patients (knowing everyone by name!) and even offers a generous monthly payment plan that pays for itself. I cannot recommend Dr. Kevin's services enough... to the point that I've also gotten two of my family members to see him on a regular basis! We enjoy our weekly conversations together, and getting to meet Jack (his beautiful Bernese doggo) is just icing on the cake. Thanks for everything Dr. Kevin!

I called ahead to check about insurance for my husband they said it was covered (through premera) turns out it's covered after you hit $3200 out of your own pocket.. which you'll do pretty quick I think they assume by giving you a treatment plan of 2 times a week for 8 weeks at $180 a pop. Maybe I should've known this but also feel like this should've been clarified when I called over the phone. Either way I still would've sent my husband just didn't love what felt a bit like a bait and switch. The chiro was late. They "ran out" of parking passes, we ended up having to pay for parking because we went over the 90 minutes, that was just kinda the cherry on top. Overall they will help you get better just posting this for transparency and so maybe going forward they'll be more forthcoming with their customers.

I have been seeing Dr. Cherity for about 2 years, right when I found out I was pregnant with my second child. I had bad hip pain before and throughout my first pregnancy, during labor and eventually I had a C-section after unsuccessful active pushing for 5 hours. I wanted my hip pain to go away and for a VBAC with my second. I found Dr. Cherity and saw her consistently every 2 weeks during my entire second pregnancy, felt great the entire time and baby boy was born within 2 hours of my water breaking and with only about 15 minutes of pushing. I truly think her help in my back and hip alignment made the biggest difference. I continued to workout and didn't have the hip pain like I had with my first pregnancy. I think baby boy was able to get in a really good place/position from being aligned as well. I will say I was a little sore after my first couple appointments, but that is normal and it was well worth it for how much Dr. Cherity has helped me! I am very thankful to have found this practice and continue to see Dr. Cherity regularly now still at nearly a year post-partum for maintenance. She is amazing! Also, scheduling is incredibly easy, online or she can book for you and easy to move the appointment if you need to. I feel listened to and she is extremely patient, thorough and well provide exercises if helpful as well.

I woke up with severe sudden neck and shoulder pain. A day later it was still just as bad and I couldn't move my head without moving my whole body due to pain. I found this office and their website listed a free evaluation so scheduled online and was able to get a same day appt. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the treatment space / table was completely open and next to the desk / reception area, without any privacy. There was a woman receiving treatment when I walked in which, working in health care, did not seem right or comfortable. I also saw the name was .."family chiropractic" but was surprised to realize that the Chiropractors' child was there running around. I was an early childhood teacher for years so love children, and also am very aware of the challenges and expense of having daycare, and still, it felt incredibly unprofessional to have a toddler running around as I gave info and received treatment, often interrupting her Mom in the middle of it. I might have thought it was less of an issue if I hadn't been in so much pain, but still think a practitioner should be able to focus 100% on the patient when with them. Finally, as I gave info (which was very little - woke up, sudden pain, happened twice before in last 5 years), it seemed to take her a long time to write the info down. I don't feel like she had that much to say or a lot of info to educate me with after hearing what I said. It made me feel less confident in the care I was getting. She did a few adjustments but it was minimal and nothing helped. I realize treatment does not make something go away right away, but in the past initial treatments have provided at least a little relief and this time it didn't. As I went to check out, I was asked about who to bill. I shared that the website and option I selected said "free evaluation" and both looked and me and said, "that's so weird, someone else said they saw that too, but it isn't free." I told them they needed to check their website, which they did and saw what I saw, and blamed it on the website hosting or something. I said I would pay but it looked bad as though they were doing that to get people in but not honoring it. I don't think that was their intention, but again, looks pretty bad. Overall I was really disappointed by the lack of professional environment and care that seemed inadequate. I have since received massage therapy which provided incredible relief and proved to be far more effective and cheaper than chiropractic care.

Thank God for Dr. Eric. It was a Saturday morning and the chiropractor I had been going to does not have weekend hours. I called 4 different chiropractic offices to be seen that day and none of them had space for new patients on a Saturday despite my desperate pleas. I was really beginning to lose hope. The pain was so tremendous, the next move would have had to have been the ER. Dr. Eric was my last phone number to call. When he answered, he told me he holds walk-in hours on Saturday's and told me to come right over. I literally cried because I was so relieved. I want to share with you why I am switching over to Ballard Chiropractic. Dr. Eric sees new patients on Saturdays, he is compassionate and gentle and very skilled with 35 years of experience. He did a thorough assessment before adjusting me. He charges reasonable rates - about half what my old place did! I also feel he didn't judge me when I cried out of relief or emotional release or whatever it was. I will switch to Ballard Chiropractic, no question. Thank you Dr. Eric!

He was…read morerecommended to me by an attorney's office and I didn't know what to expect as I had never been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Herrera was so patient and more than willing to explain each procedure and answer any questions before moving forward. The cracking sound from my first adjustment scared the living crap out of me, but Dr. Herrera made me feel very sure that I was in good hands, which helped with the apprehension of everything being so brand new to me. At the time, my schedule was beyond hectic as I was both working and going to school full-time, so I often times had to miss appointments with little to no notice, but Dr. Herrera and his staff were so understanding about it and never appeared to be irritated with me (I know I would've been annoyed with me lol). The massage therapist there also ROCKS. Seriously, she gives the best massages I've ever had. Oh! They also send out monthly newsletters with health tips and information about the office... And everyone who works there is bilingual in English and Spanish. The office isn't enormous, but it's super cute, clean, and has cold air-conditioning just in case you come in during the summer months :) I believe he also frequently attends classes/seminars to keep up-to-date on procedures and practices. All in all, it was a great experience and I recovered quite nicely. My neck and back are actually in much better shape than before the accident and I know that I have Dr. Herrera and his wonderful staff to thank for that.
