This review is long overdue. This was the second time I worked with John as my realtor, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. John is easy to talk to and always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance, which made a big difference since this process can be extremely challenging at times. His knowledge of the neighborhood is exceptional--so much so that other realtors often rely on his expertise and insights about the local market. Communication was always clear and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way! John's dedication, expertise, and commitment to his clients truly set him apart. He organized every step of the process and made everything run smoothly. Having chosen him as my realtor for a second time, I can say that I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, John! read more

As a lender, I work with many realtors, and John truly stands out. He treats every transaction as if it were his own, always putting his clients and their families first. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, does his homework, and handles so much behind the scenes to make the process as smooth as possible. His communication and follow-through are excellent, even after closing. John is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in his clients. read more

Throughout the years, my wife and I have bought and sold our homes many times. We've used realtor friends as well as realtor acquaintances. However, when we moved to the Montage community in Livermore during the height of the pandemic, we knew that we had to use JR because as ugly as those yellow signs are, you can see them from a mile away. When John says that he is the #1 selling agent in Montage and that he is an "area specialist", those are just facts. The countless times I have walked my dogs, I can only think of less than a handful of days when I did not walk past one of his aforementioned signs or even John for that matter. John is knowledgeable and understands the market. He also knows how to list prices and how to work with other agents to bring more interest to your house. The attention to detail, promptness, and communication were why we chose John over other realtors. I showed my offer to my agent assisting me in buying a home out of state and he was impressed with what John was able to negotiate. At the end of the day, if you need a realtor in Montage or Livermore, especially if you are selling, John is the first call you should make. It also helps that he is local. read more

John Raymundi recently helped my wife and I sell our home in the Montage development in Livermore. John worked very hard for us and was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He has professional stagers he works with who did a great job with our home, and he also has a reliable handyman he works with who did some minor repairs at very reasonable prices. It was a big help to us that John could arrange all of this for us rather than us doing it on our own. We could tell that John really cares about his clients and wants to do his best for them. In what was a challenging sellers market, John was able to get us a very fair price for our home and we were able to close in less than two months. John did a great job for us. John did a great job of marketing my home. We received multiple offers, all well over asking, and were under contract a week after listing the home for sale. John kept in regular contact throughout the process. John provided invaluable guidance on the extent to which the home should be refurbished prior to the sale. I envisioned spending a lot more money in refurbishment than I actually ended up spending. John facilitated contacts with the appropriate service providers to perform the refurbishment. We got to see first hand John's talent, when he had purchased our neighbor's 50+ year old home and renovated it inside and out - in under 2 months. We couldn't have made a better decision. He is very thorough, follows up on all the details and more importantly - is very trustworthy. John was amazing! One thing we really don't get these days. Is somebody to return a call. he returned every call and text within minutes and sometimes when you're selling the house, you only have minutes. He answered every question I had immediately because I'm pretty sure he's had It asked to him several times in the past. Closing happened on the day he said the first day we got together because he always had all the docs emailed to you within the hour. And most importantly, he had several people to help me with touch up, landscaping, and dump runs that I needed, because I was selling my house from two states away. read more

Great agent! Very knowledgeable and responsive. We would not be in our dream home if not for John. We met John for the first time at one of his Open houses and although we did not make an offer on that particular home, we were impressed by John's friendly, professional demeanor and knowledge of the neighborhood. The second time we met John was at the open house of our home-to-be. Within two days of the open house, John had submitted an offer on our behalf and a couple days later we were In contract. Throughout the escrow and beyond, John has been responsive, proactive, and outgoing. Whenever we had a question or request, John was there for us. Could not recommend more highly. If you are looking for a new home in the Tri-Valley and want an area specialist who really knows the industry, John Raymundi is your guy! We met John on numerous occasions when we went to open houses over the years and always knew our paths would cross again when the time was right. Being first-time home buyers, we needed someone who knew his/her stuff and would be patient with us through out the process. He also has a large network so he was able to find us financing, which we found difficult since the community is currently in arbitration. In the end, we closed in less than 3 weeks and we owe it all to him. John was patient and always made himself available whenever we needed something or had questions. We could not have done this without him, and for that, we will always be grateful. read more

John was a pleasure to work with. You haven't worked with a pro until you have worked with John. I would definitely recommend his services. John was the 3rd agent I have ever worked with in my lifetime. The first two were ok but John really showed me what it means to be a PROFESSIONAL real estate agent. Start to finish, I was always impressed by how much effort and attention he put into selling our home. It didn't matter what time of day I called, texted, or emailed - John would immediately answer my questions or get working on our request. When it comes to selling or buying a home - don't go with the amateur, go with a pro. And John is the definition of pro. John knew the market - I though maybe we were pricing too high but within a week he had lined up a buyer and had multiple interested parties. We also took John's professional advice to sell our house even before finding our next house. Little scary to do but it really did put us in the drivers seat by not having to do a contingency offer on our next home. I don't think it could have gone any better and I think John's years of experience was the key to making that happen. read more

John was amazing. We had to sell our home fast, because my husband recieved a job on the east coast and had to move out in a month. We remembered him when he came to our home 2 years prior. He handed us his card and gave us a great impression, very professional. When we were ready to sell our home, we thought about John. He came over in a couple days with everything and helped explain the process, the houses he has sold around our neighborhood. He took a look at our home and gave us advice on how we could improve our home in a short period of time. He had the network in place to know who to contact for a handyman and cleaning out junk. We were impressed. We used his network of people he knew and they helped us with the items that needed to be fixed i.e., paint work, sctratches, getting rid of junk/furniture. We got to know them and we absoultely trusted them. We had to move out of the house and couldnt wait before it was sold but, john took care of our home while we were away and even paid for a wall that needed to be painted. John knew our urgency of selling our home quickly and helped us every step of the way. He was very repsonsive, i think my husband called him on a daily basis. He made sure to help answer any questions we had and made sure we were at ease. We sold our home quickly because of john's efforts. John has the network in place with other realtors and was at the open houses, he was again, very professional. We highly highly recommend John to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to work with john again if we moved back. read more

First and foremost, if you are selling in the Montage community, you should absolutely look no further and hire John Raymundi. His bright red signs sprinkled throughout the community (all of which have "pending sale" or "sold" on top of them) say it all. We made the mistake of signing with someone else before the pandemic and had a horrible experience. No need to go into details about that because we quickly learned that John Raymundi was there to save the day. We ended up signing with him and from day one he was communicative, professional, caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable about the market, and passionate about his career. We have never sold a home before, and John patiently followed up with us for each step, throughout the entire process. He pays attention to the details which make a huge difference in the long run. His experience and reputation in the community are top notch and he was able to sell our home in Livermore for a very good price in the midst of a pandemic! There are plenty of real estate agents out there, but if you are looking for the best, John Raymundi is your choice. There is a reason why you see his red signs everywhere-he gets business done!
