Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way.
