I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS OFFICE…read more Our house burned down six months ago, we lost everything and we are facing one of the most devastating times of our lives. Since the fire, our insurance agent has contacted me only twice to check in. That level of communication is completely unacceptable during this loss. We are encountering issue after issue throughout this insurance process, yet our agent has provided no guidance, follow up or support. We have been left to navigate an overwhelming and complicated situation on our own, at the exact moment when we need help. Customers pay insurance premiums year after year with the expectation that their agent will help them through a catostrphic situation. We never imagined losing eveything and certianly never expected to be met with such limited support afterwards. This office advertises making their clients "feel like family" and giving them the "peace of mind knowing you are backed by a team that cares about you"....not so!!!

I purchased policy online was promoted to call in and spoke with a young lady who reviewed my policy. Online I requested roadside assistance but when CSR reviewed the policy it was not included. I purchased only liability/state required coverage. The young lady mentioned that I would need to have collision/full coverage inorder to have roadside. I explained that online I was not prompted that the coverage I selected would not include roadside. She placed me on hold and said she would speak with a supervisor. When I was taken off hold she said that I would have roadside assistance at the price I was quoted. I repeated what she said to make sure we were on the same page. Fast forward to Thursday, received a email with all my docs when I accessed my policy via the app roadside wasn't list. I call Geico same day and spoke with Sophia who said I would get a email or a call by Friday. That didn't happen and I would really like to have this issue resolved ASAP.

Frank was able to provide me a quote with various options. He not only provided me the quote, but he provided me a detailed explanation of what the terms of the policy meant and covered. The entire transaction took less than an hour from start to finish. It most likely would have been quicker if I did not ask so many questions. Frank is a true professional. Although all I inquired about was renter's insurance, he mentioned that he could also assist me with other insurance, such as life insurance and auto insurance. Funny enough, he heard my dog barking in the background and said, we also offer pet insurance. He sent me a quote for that too. Thanks, Frank!
