I paid over $5800 for a commercial policy I never received. ( July 2025) I asked for the refunds to be returned to my card. She was arrogant and used profanity. I knew then it was gonna be difficult to get my money back. I didn't argue with her. I had paid with a credit card and file a dispute. They initially credited my card back but she submitted fake info to my card holder in order to keep the funds. I had to get the MS Insurance Commissioner involved after 9 months of investigation, she was advised to return the money. Without their assistance, I don't think she would have given it back. She did give a cashiers check a couple days ago with $250 less than the $5800.00. Even though I paid interest for 9 months and had to get insurance else where. Hopefully no one else has to go through this.
