Her advice is straight forward, to the point and always accurate. I have referred several other professionals to her and there is no one else I would trust with keeping my finances above board. The one star review left last year is laughable. Lisa is a CPA not a high school counselor. If you need a hug, call your grandma. If you want someone who knows her stuff and is more prompt than you could ever imagine give her a call.

I found Ms. Beitler distant and lacking the enthusiasm of having me as her client one would expect at a first meeting of this nature. Thankfully, I found another CPA with genuine warmth and authenticity whom I hired. Suffice it to say that first impressions speak volumes. One should never lose sight of the axiom that the client/customer is the most important part of any business.

I wrote a review a couple years ago praising Cypress Insurance agency. I was dead wrong about the…read morecompany. Last year they dropped the ball, they could have had my business for my Lubbock home as well. I kept asking the for a quote, begging really. Day of closing I had to find another company to insure the home. The office manager, Lilly, is so disrespectful and rude. I was looking for another insurance company to switch my policies over. Nope, can not, the , insurance has gotten so out of hand on what they will cover and not. So by default I have to stay with Cypress Insurance. And the same office manager is still working for the company. I told her this year through email that I was looking for another insurance company, because of the experience I had with her last year. Her response "I'm sorry you feel that way, I will take you off of our list to reach out to with new quotes." Oh my gosh! Terrible business practice! I'm stuck for the time being now, don't make the same mistake I made, don't get auto and home insurance through Cypress Insurance!!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service & Business Practices…read more After more than 10 years with State Farm, my family recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the Kyle Angelle State Farm office involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton. We contacted Tamara Dunlap about changing coverage on one of our vehicles. We were told that because both vehicles were on the same policy, we could not reduce coverage on one vehicle without creating an entirely new policy. When we later spoke with Jennifer Davis, she confirmed this information and assured us that our existing policy, discounts, and other vehicle would not be negatively affected. After making the change and paying for the new policy, we received multiple documents with inconsistent premium amounts, incorrect/missing names, and an unexpected increase to the premium on our other vehicle. When I contacted the office for clarification, Tamara was unable to adequately explain the discrepancies. I requested a meeting with management, which resulted in an appointment with Jennifer Davis and Rosetta Clinton. Unfortunately, that meeting was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rosetta Clinton was confrontational and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to understand the policies and charges. Jennifer was pleasant but did not speak directly to me during the meeting besides offering water and helping provide me a pen. She has always been pleasant in our interactions over the years. When I questioned the way my concerns were being handled, I was made to feel as though I was the problem for simply asking reasonable questions. When I ultimately requested cancellation of my policies, Rosetta laughed. After more than 10 years as a State Farm customer, I have never experienced this level of poor communication, dismissiveness, or disrespect. The overall interaction left me feeling that I was not being treated fairly and raised concerns for me about whether race played a role in how I was treated. I ultimately chose to end my relationship with this office. I hope State Farm takes this experience seriously, reviews how these policy changes were handled, and addresses the customer service concerns involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton.
