I am extremely disappointed with the administrative management of this chiropractic office…read more I was receiving medically necessary massage therapy through this practice as part of an ongoing treatment plan. These massages are part of managing a medical condition and preventing symptom flare-ups; they are not optional. From the beginning, the front desk staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and were at times condescending. They were confused about insurance coverage. I was initially told my massage therapy was not covered. After confirming directly with my insurance broker that it was covered, the office told me the broker was "wrong" and that I needed to re-verify it myself. They said they would follow up with me, but they never did. Despite this confusion, appointments were billed without issue. Then, the day before or day of a scheduled appointment, I was told my massage therapist was sick and that the office would call me when she returned. A week passed with no follow-up. I had to proactively reach out to schedule. Only after I called did they inform me that the therapist was "no longer in-network" with my insurance, something that had not been communicated when it allegedly changed. At that point, it had already been 3-4 weeks since my last medically necessary massage. The cancellation and failure to rebook significantly delayed my treatment and led to a worsening of my symptoms. In a medical office, continuity of care should be handled with greater responsibility and respect. Additionally, billing statements list the services under the chiropractor, Kevin Reider, rather than the massage therapist, which only added to the lack of transparency and confusion around insurance processing -- particularly when I was later told the massage therapist was no longer in-network. The billing structure made it unclear how network status was being determined, especially since this provider remains in-network with BCBS. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about the office's billing practices, integrity, and communication. To be clear: Janae is an excellent massage therapist. She is skilled, professional, and compassionate. My concerns are entirely with the office's management and administrative practices. Due to repeated misinformation, lack of follow-through, poor communication, and disruption of medical care, I cannot recommend this practice.

I looked at the prices and they were a little higher than other places I found. When I looked at the reviews, I could see why. Vive appeared to know what they were doing. I made my appointment online. Easy peasy. I get a phone call the next day. Oh no, are they going to reschedule me? No indeed. They were asking me about the medications I was on, my medical history and what I was looking for in a massage. I was impressed. Never have any of my massage companies asked me all this information. My massage was today and I went in. Nice looking office and waiting area. They have a parking lot. Place was clean, personable ladies at the desk. They took me to a separate waiting area that was dim and relaxing. I filled out a form with all my information. Orion came out and brought me in. I would say she sat with me a good 10 minutes, discussing my history and asking questions. Then she asked again about what pressure I wanted. She was very vocal about telling me if the pressure is too hard to be sure to let her know. What I experienced was wonderful. She had a nice firm touch and seemed to take a lot of time doing what she needed to do. By the time I was done, I was really relaxed. Since this was my first time with Vive I only purchased one session. I intend to purchase a package and return often. It was nice to get a senior discount.

After…read moreseeing his name recommended multiple times, I took my newborn daughter who had been suffering from overall discomfort due to oral ties and getting acclimated to life on the outside. As this was the first time we were meeting Dr Dan, I didn't know what to expect but reassured myself that if I didn't feel comfortable, I would not have her adjusted on the day of the appointment. Any worries were so unnecessary as he was exactly what we needed at the time. Having a practitioner that is so in tune, so caring and genuine was a contrast to what I had experienced throughout the pregnancy. I felt so comfortable with Dr Dan as did my daughter. The expression on her face once he was done adjusting her said it all, totally relaxed, cooing and smiling. Now myself, my older son and husband are all under Dr Dan's care. The biggest revelation from seeing Dr Dan- feeling pretty bleh had become my baseline, I had no idea what feeling really good was like. Dr Dan has given us the motivation to seek health in ways we hadn't until now by showing us what is possible. Take this review as your sign to make an appointment and see for yourself!

You meet with the doctor every week for an adjustment, the nutritionist once a week, workout with a trainer twice a week, and see their massage therapist once a month. After insurance it was a manageable price. I didn't commit myself to eating healthy so I didn't loose a lot of weight (just 14) but I consider my progress a huge success. Just last week I helped my husband move a large couch down a flight of stairs, spent three hours raking underbrush from our bushes, carried three cubic yards of soil from my driveway where it was delivered into my raised beds, then went on vacation were I was sitting in a car for 13 hours in one day. I wouldn't have been able to do any one of them a few months ago not alone all in one week! See Dr. Dan if you're ready for a better future. Even at 60 years it wasn't too late for me.

While his visits are a lifesaver when I'm in pain, his focus is on pain and injury prevention, any many of the techniques and stretches he's taught me over time have helped me to treat myself at home between visits. His advice even extends to nutritional supplements and topical pain treatments. Many chiros will snap, crack, and pop you until you look like the textbook skeleton they have in mind, but Dr. Thill doesn't push, strain, or force my body past the place it can go. I appreciate this, especially as my experiences with the medical community have not always left me feeling listened to or cared for. I'm happy to have found a chiropractor whose approach is modern and integrative, but also flexible, both in the billing accommodations he makes and his willingness to schedule evening appointments, send text message reminders, and fit me in at a moment's notice. I'm happy and have no plans to switch from my "headache/backache/hula-hoop-injury-ache guy of choice!
