Unfortunately, I had already…read morespent several weeks talking to a another lawyer that was referred to me and getting nowhere and very frustrated. Within one session, Joe had figured out a strategy moving forward and immediately worked to put this into action. He spoke to me in simple English rather than legalese which was very refreshing. Throughout the next couple of weeks, he stayed on top of all communications and worked proactively and aggressively to insure we had a negotiated settlement that I felt good about. I hope I don't have to go through the same ordeal I did but it is reassuring to know that I can count on Joe for excellent representation.

Mr. Cutlip is an experienced attorney you want to have in the corner of yours or your family member. In short, having him in my corner felt like family was in my corner fighting for me. I recommend him to all that could use his help!!!

I dealt with several attorneys who offered free legal advice, which includes determining your occupation (second question was always: what do you do for a living, i.e. how much ya got?). The prices they asked were outrageous. Then I found Kevin. He summarized my case and options within 10 minutes over the phone, no bs, and his offer was less than 75% of the lowest offer I had seen. Kevin was able to turn my misdemeanor into an infraction (i.e. no record & only a minor fine), and kept me updated on my options and progress of the case throughout. By far the best lawyer in town.

Mr. Valencia helped my mother draft her living trust and update her will after my father died, and…read morethen helped me settle the trust after my mother's death. I found him an excellent lawyer. He was clear about why the trust and powers of attorney could be useful, explained legal terms when we had questions, and was very good about checking with my mother about her intentions and goals and asking her about her wishes in situations she may not have thought about. His office was also really efficient - on days when we were signing papers, he had everything ready and a notary ready for us. He was also able to pull in an accountant with tax knowledge when we had questions about how to settle the trust. The process of creating the documents and settling the trust went much smoother than I expected, and his fees were both clear and reasonable. I was very grateful for his help and would recommend him without reservation.
