Fortunately, I was able to find a new, in-network PCP, here in Poplar Bluff. I cannot believe that this organization has been so totally lacking in ethical, professional behavior. They obviously have a very poor attitude toward their patients. It's too bad, because I like Dr Gast, and the situation, I'm sure, is not his fault.

Had to go here for work related reasons - awful experience…read more Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, dirty and generally unprofessional location (it looks like a warehouse!), half my physical was performed in the middle of a huge room with massive foot traffic and none of their tools, facilities or tests seemed in any way professionally performed or legitimate. You can clearly tell that they exclusively work with patients who have no choice but to come there because they were asked to by their employers. There was also no parking available, and they didn't have any directions to the particular part of the clinic I needed to go to, and were extremely rude when I asked for directions. The directions to their clinic are also perfectly impossible to follow - their street address has them on a completely different street than where their building actually is - seems this is because they're basically on the far end of a property that goes all the way over to parallel street, but it doesn't help. Most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. When I had my vision test done, I could barely see the plaque with the letters, because of light-glare - probably because it was conducted in the middle of what I'd describe as a warehouse storage room with 20 ft to the ceiling and massive over-heard lights. They don't know what they're doing.
