However, we decided to go with NVR because of a lot of the credits we were receiving as well as the overall feeling that our interests were being protected along the way. There were a few minor hiccups a long the way, but I must say the NVR mortgage staff that helped us really made the process seem easy and smooth. The communication with the staff on a daily basis was quick and responsive. If they didn't know an answer, they found one to the best of their ability asap. Every time there was more paperwork to sign (and there was A LOT), everything was explained and broken down to us. The staff know what they are doing and are doing a fabulous job at it, especially Michelle Schultz and Andrea Donegan!!
